I’ve since up dated the invoice because you had us return and perform additional work.
When you called Terrace Electric LLC in a panic, I told you all of our rates and you agreed to these terms by inviting us to your site location. This action creates a contract between you and Terrace Electric LLC for the repair work that you needed on your oven.
Not once did you ever talk to me about Burger King policies prior to commencement of work. If you had, I would have required this in writing from you to me. Since you know about these “policies” and are constantly referring to them, why don’t you send me them in writing. Not that me receiving this information now will change anything regarding the $601.23 that you owe me. This is lie number 1.
There wasn’t ever any conversation about a health department prior to the start of work. Not that the health department has anything to do with repair electrical work. This is an obvious lack of understanding on your end of the entity’s responsibilities. This is lie number 2.
Additionally, not once did you ever tell me that you weren’t going to pay us after work was done prior to work starting. If you had, I would not have started the work until I had retainage. This is lie number 3.
Finally, then when I gave you the invoice for all of the repair work completed, your response is “No”. I find this most insulting because none of your clients would say “No” to your invoices upon receipt of them. This is just a cheep person such as yourself trying to take advantage of contractors that work for you.
I hope that any other contractor that you seek, reads this tirade and reconsider helping...
Read more(3/5 stars ) I come here sometimes to get food I normally get a number 6 which is a chicken sandwich my food is normally always good the last time I came here they forgot my cheese they I paid for which was no big deal. Today I came here and when I got to the drive through it was “welcome to McDonalds” I asked for a number 6 and he said a number 2 I said no a number 6 I went on with the rest of my order. Paid for my food for to the second window asked for 3 ranches normally they make me pay but I had my change already ready he went to get the ranch I only received 1 asked for the other 2 and he he said 25 cents I said that’s fine I’ll pay I want 2 more please and proceeded to come back with 1 and then laughed in my face when I asked for my 3rd and gave him my change. He forgot to give me my drink and I said I am missing a sprite he said you asked for a coke and I’m like the picture on the screen has a sprite so that’s what I expected. He gave attitude the whole time I was at the window to pick up my food. I’m not saying love your job but be nice to the people who don’t mind paying for extras.
Update: (0/5 stars) a month later went for breakfast and watched their bare hands touch the food that came through the drive thru. They also ran out of biscuits so my money got refunded. I will no longer be eating here because I never saw the employees wash their hands after going from the cash register touching money, counters, etc to going to touch the food that was made incorrectly with their bare hands.
Thats the reason I never go through the drive thru anymore because people don’t do what’s ethically right they do what’s efficient. I know some restaurants don’t wear gloves but they did have one person wearing gloves and it’s the point of not washing your hands after...

It is hard working with people, especially those of the minority group because a lot of the times it is NOT PROFESSIONAL, they don’t seem to care at all about customers. I ordered a drive-through order through the mobile app. They told me I had to come inside to get it for whatever reason. I use my rewards through the mobile app to purchase my food so that was free itself she told me I had to purchase something in order to get my food that didn’t make any sense to me at all. She doesn’t have any sense of the mobile app and was not helpful at all , she did nothing at all to help again not even to contact anyone else to assist her. She seems UN-knowledgeable of her position. Burger needs to do a better job at making people managers, especially if they don’t know how to do the job. This is my Second time coming to this location the first time I came was last week and I had to wait 45 minutes for french fries to be done when I went back to the drive-through. They told me to pull up.. I didn’t move at all and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my food.management needs to take place here. This is ridiculous and I am very disappointed and the management. on top of that I still have not received my food nor did they try to make the order for me for the issues on their end even through proof of me showing her that the food was already rewarded.
