Starbucks — Restaurant in Durham

Today I made my daily run in between classes to grab a coffee and a sandwich. I asked for a cup of water and they told me they no longer give out cups of water. When I asked why they said they don’t want to give away free cups. You’re telling me I pay 13+ dollars for a small coffee and a small sandwich and you can’t give me a 0.03 cent cup with tap water ! SHAME ON YOU STARBUCKS!

I would understand if I had just walked in and asked for a cup of water. But with a purchase over $10, I would think the loss of the cost of one cup would be negligible . Considering I will now never go back to at least...

I ordered a venti drink the lady claimed I paid and was charged for a grande. I then ask for an itemized receipt to under how that is, they're unable to recreate my receipt. The original lady that checked me out then proceeds to explain that she rung my order up as a grande rather than a venti and I would have to pay the difference. I agree to pay the difference of about $.20, they then cannot charge that amount but...

Overall this Starbucks is fine, but improvements could be added. -Five star great quality costumer service. -Quick workers -Workers strive to make going to this Starbucks a good experience

-Adds too much ice to the drink, when asked for light ice -Long lines due to being understaffed
