The one on N Roxboro road The staff were rude. No one swept up food on floor but i let it go.i also saw a food rating of 90 this should have been a clue for what was to come. I ignored it and decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Wrong choice. I was sitting at a table that was up against the wall. Once I received my food I took a bite and omg I look up and a roach is crawling super fast towards my food. Of course I killed it. I am doing my best to hold back vomit. My appetite was spoiled after that. The waitress comes over. I show the staff the roach in a napkin quietly and the response was'( well we can't control roaches). I'm thinking wow damn how nasty and nonchalant. I also informed them that I didn't want the food. They remove it with an attitude. Remember I had one bite.prior to seeing the roach which was mediocre at best. I still would have eaten it because I was hungry. They tried to charge me full price for the food I didn't eat under the disgusting circumstances. I explained that I shouldn't have to pay under the circumstances politely I might add. Finally she says you can have the guacamole for free. Seriously I was getting heated I stayed calm and finally she agreed to not charge me but had an attitude. I felt I should pay for the drink. Which i did. I was asked if I would be back I guess you know my response. I left hungry and decided to try a new restaurant I saw on 55 called Mexicali. I went there and loved it .The food was awesome ,the atmosphere was great and decor was beautiful. The service...

Have a mango margarita delivered to your house. Extremely fair portions for the price. Also -- you can tell the quality of a Mexican restaurant by the quality of their chips & salsa -- and boy will the bar get set high for you after you try theirs (which always come with a side of delectable, savory-sweet white cheese sauce in addition to the salsa). I placed an order today via uber eats. One of the dishes was a quesadilla rellena, I requested a little chicken and lots of cheese. Once the food arrived to my house. The quesadilla was soggy, had to drop liquid in the sink, a lot of chicken and no cheese at all. Called the restaurant 3 times and the manager was not available, hostess stated that she had spoken to h I'm and that he will either reimburse me or will bring the food. I requested the food since I still had a child without her meal. Waited over an hour for the food or call and nothing. Called again and asked for a reimbursement because by then I was upset. They took my name and phone number and again told me that the manager will call me back. Never received a call again. The other food was ok. The other food was okay. But the customer service or lack of it is something bad. Will not recommend ordering via delivery from them unless you are prepared to drive and pick up your food if there's any mistakes...
