Hardee’s — Restaurant in Durham

After my visit, i have decided i will never go to this one ever again.

My boyfriend and i love going out to eat. Well sadly this visit left a bad taste in my mouth to the point i had to walk outside to calm down. We were at this location around 9pm. I understand you are starting your closing procedures. Listen i was an assistant manager at a burger king and there can be frustrating days, but to be so unprofessional to yell at your cashier employee in front of customers is not the way to go. The cashier we had was super nice. I dont normally go to hardees i always frequent Mcdonalds and Wendys so id thought id try a new place. So when i asked the cashier what was actually good here she replied nicely in a good manner that actually made me excited to try it. Then in comes what i believe to be the Assistant manager and starts yelling at her because of something the cashier asked for a customer. Then as we are waiting for our food the cashier reminds the kitchen to drop fries so that way the 2 customers (including me and the other lady) would not have cold fries, yet again she is getting yelled at in a unprofessional manner for calling stuff out. Also she proceeds to start yelling at the cashier, that the cashier is not gonna be the reason she goes home late.

Again i understand there are tough days. But that was completely unprofessional. The only reason i gave it 3 stars because of the friendly cashier and the delicious sandwich that she suggested i try. Other than that this store clearly treats its employees in a horrible manner. Im pretty sure that is why they are struggling on trying to get...

WE WILL NEVER BE BACK. MISERABLE MANAGER

Saturday morning 9:15am. After waiting 5 minutues manager finally took our order while slamming on the register. Told the people walking in behind us he was closing the dining room. While we walked away from the counter he was complaining to the next customer that he "pretty much gives up" and that he "doesnt get paid enough for the headache".

After receiving our order had to go back to ask him for a cup. He then accused us of stealing because he "already gave us a cup", which he did not. Didn't even give us utensils or napkins and when asked for those argued that he "puts them in each bag". Again he did not. We left without a refund because we didn't want to deal with him. Never going to this establishment again. Warned the people outside that to be careful of the short-fused manager and to just go...

I've visited this Hardee's twice driving from Durham to Roxboro over the last few months, and neither time was a great experience. My third time was earlier this week and it'll be my last. With maybe four or five cars in the parking lot, I headed for the drive-thru. There was one car ahead of me. I pulled up to the order sign and waited. After at least a minute, someone finally thanked me for choosing Hardee's, but wouldn't take my order. I continued to wait. After another couple of minutes, someone again thanked me for choosing Hardee's but wouldn't take my order. There was still one car ahead of me. After sitting at the sign a total of 3-4 minutes, I left and pulled into Bojangles a 1/4 mile up the street, ordered my two grilled chicken sandwiches, and pulled away a couple of minutes later.
