Cook Out — Restaurant in Durham

Used to go here frequently, was always awesome. I've been a couple times recently and it's still great, quick and correct. Spicy chicken sandwich tray, club style xtra tomato, fries, chicken quesadilla, coke. Add one or two corn dogs and I'm stuffed, yeah I know it's too much food, but damn it's good. Where else you gonna get all that for eight and some change, good luck finding that deal anywhere but cookout. Crackdonalds and booger queen better watch out, cookouts going global, they should because the foods way better and less pricey. I say that about the spicey chicken sandwich. The burgers and dogs and bbq are decent. Spicey chicken though, mmmmmmmmm! Why's there two different burger sizes? Ones a nice like homemade looking paddy and ones a skinny probably frozen one, just do the thick one and lose the skinny...

Walked up to the take out window, I ordered a double cheeseburger plate with 2 Bacon Wraps and a Banana Pudding/Caramel CheeseCake Milkshake. Got ALL THE WAY home only to find out that I didnt have bacon wraps, o had 2 Chicken Ranch wraps (which I do not like) and my Milkshake was Banana Pineapple/Caramel Cheesecake which I dont like pineapple in a Milkshake. I tried to call back 4 times and NOBODY would answer the phone. The guy at the window taking the order sure didnt pay attention to ANYTHING that I ordered. Just about 30 minutes ago me and my wife was ordering 2 cheeseburger trays the young lady keeped cutting us off and being very I must say ghetto another word to describe ignorant. When we got to the window she was laughing we just had the same unsavory experience with her last night this time her order wasn't correct so my son and my wife are going back to correct the order. Now the cheeseburger tray doesn't have any cheese on it. My advice is to remove this young lady from being a order taker. At the same time the young man who handed us our food was very polite and respectful.
