Our experience was absolutely AWFUL. For 2 days we tried to place orders for pick up. The first time someone answered the phone but literally left the phone unattended. I hung up the phone and tried calling for 1 hour without luck. I also tried to placed an online order but the website wouldn't allow me to do so. I decided to just not buy anything as it was getting late. The next day I decided to give them another chance. I called in my order this time they answered the phone and was able placed the order. I requested: 1 stuffed pepperoni pizza and 1 stuffed Hawaiian pizza very light on the sauce. The order was placed at 4:50pm since I was 30 minutes away I asked if it was OK to pick it up in 30 to which they said that was great. When I arrive to the location there was a line. I noticed some people had been waiting there for a while. I waited and waited finally someone came out but gave an order to a person who looked that had been waiting a long time. He comes back returning a pizza and nicely enough after waiting again about 10 minutes someone comes out and asked what else he needs. He said "this is not what I ordered. I just need a Cheese pizza" the employee immediately took the pizza box from him and starts raising her voice at him. He just kept asking for a cheese pizza and told her he couldn't wait anymore since he had been waiting a long time &he had pizzas in the car. This person started screaming at the customer "what do you want me to do, we have no people and no pizzas you're going to have to wait or I'll just give you your money back" She took off to the back of the store again took another 10-15 minutes. Another person came out with an attitude letting everyone know they were shutting down due to rude customers. I asked if I could just get my pizza and I was ignored. They kept accusing the customers of being rude the entire day and kept saying the employee who disrespected this man had only been working there for 2 days. I politely responded "I'm sorry to hear that but I don't think it was appropriate for them to lash out" this person went off on me, pointing her finger at me and telling me to mind my own business as she wasn't even talking to me. I asked for my order a couple more times and she just kept screaming. Mind you I am 8 months pregnant, been standing there from 5:25pm I decided to walked away because I felt threatened, stressed and being so close to my due date I was not going to risk me or my baby. By the time I left the store it was past 6:30pm. I didn't get my order, left scared and frustrated at how these 2 employees treated their customers. I will never be returning to this location. EVER. I would even strongly recommend the GM, corporate to find more ethical, people who can be a better fit for the job. Their behavior was aggressive, excessive, and absolutely unnecessary. This whole incident happened on Monday, January 9th. If you are thinking about spending your money I would recommend you against this location, unless you are totally okay with this behavior. But, I placed my order on the app, thinking that the less I had to interact with the staff there, the better. Order pizza, they'll put it in that tower thing, I get it, and leave. Easy peasy, right? Instead, I order, get a message saying my order is ready but can't be put in the tower so go talk to someone. I talked to the cashier and she directed me to an employee standing near the tower. I tried to give her my order number, but she talked over me and said "No, what did you order?", as if my order number were the most meaningless thing in the world. When I told her, she immediately threw her hands in the air, and began to turn away from me, while telling me they don't carry that product anymore and I'd have to "go online" to figure out how to get a refund. I had no clue what was happening, but as I began asking for info, her voice raised to me and other employees began chiming in and escalating the situation. Honestly, if they had said "Hey, man, we're sorry - the owner was supposed to get that removed from the system, but unfortunately we can't make that", I'd have been like "damn, well, that sucks, but I know it's not your fault. Give me a hot-n-ready instead". But, instead, they painted the picture that I'd done wrong and they couldn't be bothered to assist me in any way. Within 60 seconds of approaching the tower girl, I realized that this was going to spin out of control, so I left, with nothing in my hands, even though I paid for it. The only "apology" I got was from, I believe, the manager as I was exiting, who gave me a sarcastic "sorry sir, have a nice day" as I left. Completely insane. Read moreWe went to little Caesar’s on Roxboro rd in Durham and had the worst experience we have ever had eating out (picking up for take out) my family will never be back to this location and possibly little Caesar’s period ever again after tonight. Upon arriving about 20-25 mins after we ordered the food we walked in and they told us the food was mixed up and they had to “make” another pizza. We drove from Bahama area due to nothing being in our area to eat we are forced to head to Roxboro or Durham. We paid 37$ for the wrong order and when my spouse went to try to get it fixed they refused to refund us. When we got home to open the boxes, one pizza was ice cold and not cooked and the other was room temperature and not even sliced. The cheesy bread was cold as well. We had to heat everything in the oven just to be able to eat it. When we called to complain to the manager we were told “well, y’all have a nice night” and we were hung up on. To top it all off the young man who answered the phone was talking about us to the manager, let’s just say he must have forgot to put us on hold because we heard every word, and they were not so nice things we overheard. We are calling the corporate office tomorrow to complain. Even if they gave us 10 free pizzas we will never be back again. We are appalled that we as customers are allowed to be treated in...
