Ro Cake Studio catered our wedding cake and I cannot recommend them enough, they did such an amazing job! From the get-go of tasting, it was a good impression. Shelly was super nice and fun to collaborate with. She provided a tasting of the 3 cakes we were hoping to try and discussed our concept in great detail.

We ended up going with the vanilla bean cake with white buttercream frosting...I know, sounds basic, but damn did that frosting tasted like a marshmallow cloud. The texture and fluffiness of the cake was also perfect! Safe to say it's one of the best cakes I've had in a long time. She also stayed true to our minimalist concept of creating the outline of the Blue Ridge Mountains around the cake to go with our hiking themed cake topper.

She made sure to stay on top of everything we discussed and delivered it on our big day at the right place at the right time. Shelly is an all around professional and great baker. I would definitely recommend Ro Cake Studios for your...

If you are looking for some delicious treats and for a special occasion Ro is hands down the bakery of choice for the Triangle area! I normally do not leave reviews but this woman sets the bar and especially in the situation I was in at the time. So my BF lost his grandmother and had a birthday all in one week and I wanted to make him feel special, which his favorite desserts were banana pudding and Strawberry short cake and realized it was very few people in town who could pull this off and in a short amount of time but I called Ro and explained my situation and she came through with the banana pudding cupcakes and Strawberry short cake cupcakes and I was able to deliver them to my bf and he loved them when I tell you he ate the whole box by himself during his shift (well he is a firefighter so they typically work 24hour shifts) well he loved them and all that to say is go to Ro for your cake and cupcake...

I pre-ordered a baby shower cake, paid in full & a delivery fee. Minutes passed and I had to call to check on the cake status I was told my cake wasn’t even on the calendar. I panicked and asked to be made any cake with any design at the moment because we needed a cake. Turns out the cake that was made in a urgent matter wasn’t tasty at all very dry and the design, flavors, basically nothing was what I paid for. At the moment I was very disappointed, Day after the party I reached out and they admitted to being at wrong, took full responsibility & gave me more then 50% refund which that made me feel better ! Especially as a 1st time customer. Customer service after all was great they returned my money back...
