The food was pretty good, but I was very disappointed with the service! Our waitress was nice enough, but I was with 2 friends, and all of our orders were brought at separate times leaving the food to get cold while we waited for the rest. The biggest problem though was the order brought to my best friend, which was loaded with broccoli...he is allergic to broccoli, so we told her immediately. When they brought a second plate and he began to eat, his throat began to itch! They still had traces of broccoli in the lo mein, even though we notified them of a food allergy! She apologized profusely and said they would make him a third plate, free of charge, with no contact to anything containing broccoli. ...we never got the plate, and my food got cold bc I had to leave to go buy benedryl. When we got our bill, she took off his meal, but for some reason we had an extra surcharge unexplained, and they charged him for his drink! Our half of the bill was 13 dollars and some change for a $7 dinner and tea...we never got his comped meal,...
Read moreMy co-workers suggested this restaurant as this one was my first experience. We ordered $60 of various items for take out. Upon arrival, the customer service was excellent. The previous Health Department Inspection score was a 96. While waiting for the order, looked like there is insufficient ventilation from the kitchen due to the discolored ceiling tiles in the seating area. The carpet in the restaurant needs TLC. It's a dive in a shopping center.

While the broccoli tasted okay, the beef was fatty and chewy. After a few bites, I tossed it in the trash to reduce the risk of my GI immediately purging what I just had eaten. My co-workers all liked their meals but mine was not good at all. I would not recommend this restaurant for...
Read morewhen placing your order at most places if the food that you order comes with particular condiments normally if you say heavy condiments there would be no charge.. For instance onions in the rice and loose saws then thick sauce, heavy sauce.. I was given a made of price for extra onion in my rice $1 and for my sauce on my chicken hot BBQ.. $1.. The plates were reduced to smaller size carry out orders prices went up.. So how do Golden China justify charging for something that automatically comes with the meal what was $7 and change now is $10 and change.. I and my family no longer eat there for over 2 years now.. When you patronize a business and they do not appreciate your loyalty as a regular Patron... take your hard-earned money remove yourself.. cook at home or find a better treating restaurant giving to them when they are getting over on the portion size in the...
