Staff is ALWAYS professional, courteous, and hard working. Coffee is excellent, but imo overpriced, I ordered a hot coffee, charged $5.15, they mistakenly gave me an iced coffee, corrected the price and order, but $5.15 for an iced coffee, yikes. What prompted my review was seeing the bagels delivered early morning, brought in uncovered plastic totes in the back of a mini van, not so bad. But they take a mini blower(not avacuum) and blow out the case that has older bagels, dust, crumbs, and sometimes flies. They just blow it all around in the case, they don't clean it out, they then throw in the new bagels with the old covered in all that crap. After seeing that I can never eat...

I have loved this place since the first time i have been hear.. ALTHOUGH today is a different story. The 2 girls working are NOT professional. Someone they knew walked in (after the guy in front of me and myself had ordered). The girls knew there order so they made their sandwiches while the man in front of me (who was waiting for his food before the "priority teens" walked in) was still waiting. The "customers that came in after me got there sandwiches (free of charge) before the customer waiting before me...

1 person in front of me. 5 minutes later I ordered my coffee, with a$1.25 tip. Six people behind me....8 minutes later (I'm watching time, need to be at work 2 minutes ago) I asked about my coffee...no response. So I walked out, no coffee, angry. I understand things take time..but there were three young ladies working behind the counter. One was on her phone, the other was...I don't...
