The Foodsmith — Restaurant in Duxbury

Had the pleasure of stopping in here late in the morning. Drove by earlier in the morning and remembered to stop in on my way to the highway. I was looking to get a coffee and maybe something to munch on because i had a light breakfast. I walked in and could tell this was a small 'family owned' type of business. very welcoming. homey type feeling. My mother loves to bake and always tells me she would love to open her own bakery. If she ever did, i imagine it would look like this.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich composed of Applewood smoked bacon, Vermont Cheddar cheese, and a FRESH cracked egg on an english muffin for $4!! Hands down, best breakfast sandwich ive ever eaten. The coffee was great! I got the 'Wonderbrew' flavor. Nice bold coffee. tasted great. I would highly recommend coming through here. prices were great, small business, and very clean....

Phenomenal, delicious sandwiches!!! Staff extremely friendly and courteous, and they made sure to ask if we wanted extra or light mayo on our BLT... which my friend said was super delicious, as was my bagel sandwich with cream cheese and pastrami seasoned salmon - sooooooooo good!!! Went back gain today - 2 sandwiches, 6 scones, 2 energy bars - energy bars are a meal in themselves - sooooooooo delicious!!!...
