Casey's — Restaurant in Dyersburg

I rarely stop at this station for gas. They never have receipt tape in their pumps. This morning, I was in a hurry and made an exception. Not surprisingly there was no receipt tape. There was a long line inside. My son took the entire time I was pumping to pay for 2 drinks. So I walked in and asked my son to pick up the receipt since he was already in line. I also made a comment that there is never any receipt tape in the pump. At least two other people in line nodded in agreement. One of the clerks heard me and handed me my receipt. I said thanks and left the building. However, my son was still in line and heard the two clerks proceed to mouth of about me and my comment. If this station isn’t going to keep pumps full can they at least provide a way to email me my receipts. This seems to be a dyersburg only issue. I don’t have this problem at the Casey’s...

My company is headquartered in Dyersburg and I stopped by this store to get cigarettes, drinks, and snacks for my road trip (I am a truck driver). While I was there I decided to grab a piece of pizza. I really wasn't expecting much from a gas station, but as soon as I tasted that first piece of pizza I was very pleasantly surprised! The cheese was AMAZING, it was crispy, the sauce tasted great and the pepperoni was cooked perfectly. I am a BIG fan of good pizza and I would seriously rank their pizza among my favorites. I live near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and we have many options around here, but nothing that I would call good (other than a restaurant called Sal's Ristaurante and they own a separate place called Boardwalk Pizza, which is also really good). Still, I couldn't believe how good Casey's pizza...

Absolutely ridiculous, order snacks and a drink offline while pulling into the store, and they have 3 people working behind the counter, but tell us we have to wait 30 mins for it, even though they have the receipt showing it's paid for. Instead of taking their lazy selves and getting the snacks and drink which wouldn't take 2 minutes, or telling us to go get them and that being done, they make us wait?? The ignorance, the laziness and the general attitude of the workers is ridiculous. That's my experience at this store. I wouldn't have even given it 1 star, I wouldn't given it a big 0 if I didn't have to rate it to...
