I will never be back. Opening day was great. Great service, great portions, everything you would hope for. Went back tonight. Ordered a bowl and a burrito. The over weight black lady behind the counter was rude, and yelled multiple times at the young enployees to watch the portions. The lady in front of me ordered 3 tacos. Said lady behind the counter put 3-4 pieces of chicken on each taco. It was pitiful. I come up and ordered carne asada on the bowl and chicken on the burrito. Lady fixated on the two meats and was insistent that I was ordering two meats and had to pay extra. Yes, 2 different meats for 2 different orders. Nothing extra about it. I finally get slid down to the next person and they finish building my burrito and bowl. The lady made a mess of my burrito. Couldn’t roll it to save her life. Put another tortilla on it and finished it with stuff all over the outside of the tortilla. Not a problem, let’s wrap it in extra aluminum foil to hide it. The burrito wasn’t big, it had a couple teaspoons of meat. Finally make it to the register and I ask for a side of vinaigrette. The lady behind the register rolls her eyes, then gets it. $37 for a burrito and a bowl and nothing to show for, other than getting to watch the first lady yell at everyone for giving normal portion sizes. No chips and dip, nothing extra. We will not be back. It’s a crying shame a restaurant turns to crap 2 weeks after showing up. Y’all will not survive...
Read moreI visited this Chipotle earlier today and it was very clear they were short-staffed. The manager (or shift lead), who was pregnant and running the register, was asked by the team member serving food to grab another cheese from the fridge (which was right next to her) after noticing a fly had landed in the one on the line. Instead of helping, she made a comment along the lines of, “I know she didn’t just tell me to put cheese in there.” At that time, the team member was the only one serving food up front, trying to handle a full line of customers while also waiting on food to be prepared.
This seems to be an ongoing issue at this location long waits because of being out of food items and a manager(s) who doesn’t seem engaged or willing to support their staff. On top of that, the manager scolded the staff over portioning, even though the team member was simply trying to make up for the fact that they were out of what I originally wanted to order.
That being said, I do want to give credit to the employee who was working the line. She did an amazing job under pressure, stayed professional and kind, and served everyone as best as she could with no help. I really...

First thing after walking in we were told we would have to wait for the chicken to cook since they were out. We waited for 10 minutes (no big deal), then started back in line and had to wait about another 10 minutes to get back to the order area. The moment we started to order we were told they were out of shredded cheese. We would have to wait until they shredded more. We opted for the queso to speed things up. Well they were almost out of that too. The meat portions were comically small. The rice was basically mush. The only positive part of the meal was the lettuce was fresh.
