Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Dyersburg

I make it habit not to use the word hate but I absolutely hate this Chick-fil-A location in Dyersburg. We ordered food from them this evening, around 6PM, and my goodness it was so disappointing! First of all, what Chick-fil-A uses old grease to fry the waffle fries?? I've never had this experience before until today. The waffle fries were dark in color and some were even burnt. The worst part of all was receiving waffle fries without salt. They didn't put the requested condiments inside of our bag. The Sunjoy should have been called a Killjoy because it killed all the joy I had after tasting it. They used old lemonade and old tea to make it and failed to include the sugar that I requested. I also ordered bacon on my sandwich and they didn't include it. So basically I paid an additional $1.10 for bacon that I didn't receive. To make matters worse, the pickles were old and soggy with a very bitter taste that I couldn't recognize. The food was not hot or fresh and that's really ridiculous as many cars were in line both when I arrived and as I left. The employees are all young and some of them, mostly the young girls, treat you as if they think they are still walking the halls at Dyersburg High and you don't belong in their cliques. This location just can't seem to get it right and therefore I will no longer visit this location when passing...

This one makes me a little sad.....I have been a big fan of Chick-fil-A in Dyersburg since day one. I used to eat here literally every day for breakfast and sometimes every day for lunch.......not going to lie in the last year or two. The food has just not been as good as it used to be. Seems like the chicken nuggets are always old, cold, and small inedible chunks instead of having some meat on them. The last 3 times at least that I got my chicken minis for breakfast, I ended up throwing them away ,I decided not to get breakfast anymore after the 3rd time. it is way too expensive to be throwing in the trash. The 2 lane drive-through is nice. Their lines are not nearly as long to go through the drive-through anymore, so that's a plus. The remodel they just did makes it very hard to go in and stand to wait on your online pick-up order. It is way too crowded at the doorway now even though you're trying to move around to the other side of the door to stand and wait. You're always in someone's way. I will end on this note.......yes we all love Chick-fil-A, but Dyersburg needs to step back up their game a little. I miss my good hot fresh fast food that I was...

This is like the 3rd or 4th time this same thing has happened so now I'm gonna leave a review.......I absolutely HATE pickles!!! Imagine telling them NO pickles on your spicy chicken sandwich, and then that's the first thing you taste when you take a bite. I'm highly disappointed because I made it all the way back to work and just sat down to eat when I realized it, but I didn't have enough time to go back and get my order fixed. They should do a better job at checking the modifications on people's orders before giving customers their food. I'm tired of spending my money on food that I end up having to throw away because they decide to put pickles on my sandwiches, and when I take the pickles off....the bun is still saturated with pickle juice. Now I'm at work hungry, and gotta wait until I clock out to go get me something...
