I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I feel it necessary to do so this time. I placed an order via delivery and the food arrived refrigerator-cold (no heat in the delivery vehicle?)
Due to having Crohn's disease, I asked for the vegetables in my entree to be cooked well done. Instead, I got raw vegetables and chicken that was so overdone that it was inedible! I truly mean that the chicken was a blackened briquette/rock texture and was in no way palatable. We ordered a double order of egg rolls and they were so overcooked that even my husband couldn't eat them and he's a very non-picky person!
Typically we will always give a restaurant another chance; anyone can have a bad night. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again. There is no fixing this...

I eat out a lot, and I was wholly unimpressed with ordering food from here. I haven't eaten at a China Wok in a very long time and my partner and I wished that we both saved our money. We both got diarrhea after eating from here. The service wasn't good, the lady was unhelpful in answering questions and then started screaming at someone on her headset when we were ordering. The food looked and tasted old. Not a lot of food offered compared to other similar chinese food restaurant chains, but I guess with getting diarrhea from the restaurant that it was better not to. The food court it was in was very empty, and was quiet which was the only highlight of getting food from here. Neither of us wants to return...

the family who runs this restaurant are the nicest people you will ever meet. They give your food quickly out and about too. The food is phenomenal, even on busy days the lines move fast. Best food service in the outlet mall!! There are a variety of options to choose from while being cheap but also very giving with the food portions. I was an employee working at the outlet mall in 2023 for the summer and August 2024 up to May 2025 and the family still remembered me. They would greet me every time with content and always filled up my plate....
