If I could select no stars I would, the staff in this store doesn't even deserve the one star I had to select to write this review. When we walked into this store the greeter told us that they had a big sale and everything is marked accordingly. After browsing through the store I wanted to purchase a jacket. The wall where the jackets were placed had a big sign with 70% off. Also on the wall was a couple different style purses. I asked an associate if everything on the wall was 70% off, she confirmed yes, everything on the wall was 70% off and the difference would be taken off at the registers, she even told me the price of what it should be, $165.00. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the cashier gave me my total which was more. I explained to her that there was an error, the jacket should have been 70% off, she never offered to go check or all someone to check. She very rudely told me the computer is saying it's only 60% and there was nothing she could do about it. I went back to go look to make sure I wasn't mistaken and even asked another associate who confirmed the jacket was 70% off. I told her what the cashier started to me and she took me over to go see the store manager who could help me. As we were walking up, I could hear the manager and cashier talking about me, they said something along the line of then don't buy and they couldn't understand what the big deal was. Before the associate who was helping can even explain, the store manager cut her off and told me there was nothing she can do. I told her, I felt like it was false advertisement and that it wasn't just me who understood the jacket to be 70% off, besides the big 70% off sign right above the jackets, 2 other associates confirmed they agreed with me. The manager rolled her eyes and said, I don't know what you want me to do, I have no way of over riding the computers. I asked her to go look with me and she told me no, I dont think I've ever felt so disrespected in my life. I held up my bag of items I purchased earlier and said, if you can't honor the price that's fine but how about a little respect, how about you look at me while your speaking to me and listen to what I am saying. She didnt even acknowledge me and carried on with what she was doing. I got upset and asked so you would rather loose out on a few hundred dollars in sale (still holding the back of items I purchased earlier) than honor the 70% a difference of $55.00? I'm no genius but I know if given the choice I would take a few hundred dollars over saving $55.00. She responded with if you want to return that stuff that's fine. I ended up returning my items I purchased earlier and will never be going back to that store ever again. The lack of respect and customer service blows my mind and if this is truly how they run their store I don't understand how they can still be in business. Read moreSo I’m a huge fan of coach it’s my favorite name brand, but it’s something to have top customer service, even when you’re busy, I have had many experiences but this one has been the best and fun one, the way the staff and JOLEEN treated me, and made sure that every question was answered and it was a thousand, I even got upset that the men had sweaters but the pants wasn’t their, they went online to help, was gone ship things to me, the guy that was their wrapped my purchase without question and was happy to do so, the young lady that was their she ran from one side to the back and felt with others on top of my questions and making sure I had everything, but joleen, she was at the door states I can’t move but I’m gone still help you, as she eventually eased over their to me, and we was rolling I asked for something within a price range and she did her thing, the time, the passion, the effort that she had, the above and beyond, this lady is the best and I’ll never forget her, I found out after asking who’s the manager it was her, but she played her part and did it well, like I wish no matter where I go I could take the three of them with me, they made me feel comfortable and wanted, I was ecstatic! Like I just can’t get over the great time you guys rock and JOLEEN (as I sing the song now) you’re the best coach boss ever and I could tell that by just dealing with you and not knowing who you even was. I was initially greeted by Sales Associate, Noah ... with warmth, professionalism, and a special energy of enthusiasm ... very rare attributes. Noah, put my name on a waiting list for the "sold-out" Handbag I really wanted. Two days later, I received a text from Noah who remembered me, and my sincere desire to purchase this particular Handbag, explaining that my Handbag was in fact available. She sent me the payment link, and it ships today! Employees such as Noah are very rare in retail. She cared enough about me ... her Client, to remember ... that if this Handbag became available, to reach out. I phoned the Store immediately and thanked Noah profusely for her outstanding follow-up and follow-through skill set. Her enthusiasm for Coach products is contagious! Her energy level coupled with her Coach spirit is a huge asset to the Company. In addition, I had the pleasure of speaking to the Store Manager, Hannah ... about my overall positive experience at her store, commending Noah. Hannah impressed me as a true Leader, a professional who takes great pride in her staff and their performance. Between Noah and Hannah ... this Coach Store has the winning strategy for success! I highly recommend Hannah and her Team; I look forward to working with them again!
