It's Michael Kors of course 🙄😒🤨some quality 😆.. 😟😟😟 prices were jacked up but they say they have a sale but it's okay I believe that I was somewhat discriminated against when I went in the store and I wear nothing but designer clothes matter fact can't nobody in the world dress better to me they might have more money than me but you cannot dress me I was born into this so when I come in somewhere Educators I am and who I am you don't sit there and judge me or just be snobbish and snively and so I know one thing for sure that I am smarter than everybody in that store and I can be snobbish too if I so choose but it's only in defense of the way people treat me thinking I'm less than them they don't even know who they're talking to highly intelligent I am and I'm going to get ahold of the corporate office just take a look at those reviews that people done along with mine and we're going to see about this I guarantee you that manager which is I think the white girl believe I saw at the counter that had that attitude and then the black guy that work there I know who he is came from back he didn't say too much a brother won't help a brother out seems like that's the case and then there's only one great person there she was Mexican and we spoke in Spanish and she was cool and I would have gave her some commission but I just couldn't do it because if I was messed up and she was real sweet she's the only one worthwhile there she was just a delight to make her the manager she was Hispanic beautiful long hair she said she's in college going to get her master's and hopefully move on so y'all better keep her where you can put her in position and read through your whole staff and make her the manager so she won't leave you off but I'm getting a hold of corporate like I said I have a lot of views on here I'm big on Google Maps over 2 million views so watch this when I get a hold of corporate and personal calling the store first thing in the morning we'll see what happens I ain't the one I'm not like nobody else I'll show you that we can get the store correct or you will get up out of there the whole store could you lose money anyway it's sad... so be careful how you treat people it's okay we can talk all day... Been shopping here for years and never had a bad experience, might be because I never have to exchange or return anything. On Wednesday June 26th around 1:10-1:30PM, I went there to exchange two wallets I bought on Father’s Day. I don’t want those wallets and wanted to exchange them because while I was in the process of changing from my old wallet to the new ones I just got, the white wallet button broke off when I tried to open the wallet. I did purchased two of the same wallet just in different colors(white and black) I got there and showed the guy who was standing at the front of the store and voiced my concern. He directed me to go to the register so the lady who is currently helping other customers can help me afterwards. I did what I was told, when I got to the register I pulled out my other black wallet out of my purse, then he came up to the register and tried to help, I expressed that I wanted new ones, not these two anymore because they are not as strong. He told me I can’t because I don’t have a receipt and was being rude about it. After the lady jumped to helped him finish our transaction, he tried to take my black wallet from me. I told him this is my wallet, he then made a comment about how my wallet still have the tag on it, and made a expression like he don’t believe me. At that point my husband lost it and told him to call the cops to check the camera and seem if we steal or not. The guy still laughed about it and think it was a joke. When the lady finished our transaction, he told her in a lower tone to take out the tag so we can’t return the wallet and she did as told! Very disappointed and felt disrespected! Even though I was happy with the product I got,I was NOT happy with how I was treated.From the moment I walked in the sales people acted like RUSH,RUSH,RUSH,BUY something right now,or leave.I had only been looking for less them 5 minutes!They acted like I needed to decide in 2 seconds! I couldn't even look in peace and this was my FIRST visit to the store,& then when I said I found something I liked,Their reaction should've been "GREAT!" BUT instead they acted like they were actually trying to talk me OUT of buying it,You think if they work on commission,that they would want or let the customer browse without jumping down their throat.They acted like I really didn't intend to buy the item or that I couldn't.They seemed very arrogant,never smiled at all,and I didn't feel welcome at all as a customer,I felt as almost like I was being chased out of the store! Like I was doing something wrong because I wanted to look for more then 2 seconds,I'm not black so that wasn't the problem.That explains why the vera bradley store was so swamped and I was able to look for as long as I wanted or needed to with no problem,sales people obviously care about their commission were WAY more friendly and not having their noses stuck 10 feet up in the air.I had MONEY to spend there but next time I will spend it elsewhere,I would avoid the store because obviously you need to buy something the second after you walk in,or have to seem GOOD enough to buy their products.THEY...
