Genesis has adequate and efficient customer service, very thankful for her help! I want to give her 5 stars and everyone else 1 star. I was waiting to checkout and noticed 3 open registers and other employees standing around not being productive at all. One employee came to the front made eye contact with me and proceeded to not help me check out $500 worth of garments. They went back in the corner and continued on their phone?? After that experience, I was debating on leaving all the clothes until Genesis was gracious enough to walk up to me and help me get checked out. Im not exaggerating when I say every other employee were low performers and did not seem to care for the customers who were in store. Read moreI walked in and was standing in front of a table looking at shirts. Not even touching them yet. A worker approaches me and pretty much tells me not to touch the clothes because they are “straightening” the table right now. She asked if she could grab me one and I said I was just looking and she said “well don’t mess them up because that doesn’t help us” and walked away. I work with clothing at my job and I understand it’s stressful when clothes get messed up but this worker pretty much was telling me not to touch anything when I’m a costomer. Also, tees which are $29.99 were “50%” off and I get to the register and they rang up as $17.99. Not 50% off....
