Staying at the Omni, went down to get a morning cup of joe. Caribou is advertised, but called Ten Drops and they are not the same. Ava was our initial contact and it started out very badly. 1st she couldn't understand what we were ordering, everyone in our party had to repeat their order atlease twice. Then all drinks were too extremely hot, ordered a glass of ice to remedy this. Next was the drinks were all not the size we ordered, going back to the initial issue to start. As a Caribou rewards member you do not get nor use reward points here, but they advertise Caribou. Strange here and in...

Stopped in as the closest coffee shop to the TCO complex and grabbed a delicious Americano and a fantastic breakfast sandwich.
