I don't know if i have the right location. I waited a few years before writing my review because I wanted to make sure everything was healed and things continued to go well. Which they did. Christopher Larson Changed my life! In 2019 I was hit and run over by a car as a Pedestrian when I was 25 and my right hip was never the same. I fought for a few years with multiple doctors trying desperately to get surgery to fix all the issues in my hip causing pain and my hips were constantly shifting out of place to compensate. I had xrays and MRIs that showed all the things that needed to be fixed. But every doctor i went to (not TCO) kept insisting it was my back but they didn't look at the images I sent to them but also wouldn't do new imaging to really see if it was my back. I was finally referred to Christopher Larson and he looked at all the images I sent him and he decided to do anesthetic injection to see if it numbed the pain and then he told me to go do something that normally provokes the pain for me it was running and I did feel better after the shot so Christopher decided to move forward with surgery and I was shocked I got in so quick too. It must have been a week or two I only had to wait. He repaired everything that was seen on my images I had sent him and he actually did his own imaging too and found something else that needed to be fixed that wasn't caught on my imaging. I had alot done in my right hip! The recovery was hard but it went so well and after years of being in physical therapy to manage the pain before i met Christopher Larson i only needed to do physical therapy one last time after the surgery and once i was healed from the surgery I never needed to go back to PT for my hip ever again. It's been two years and I'm still completely pain free. Thank you so much Dr Larson!!!! I pray you don't retire in case I ever need another hip surgery when I'm older. Your the only one who...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband had a total knee replacement done with Dr Vorlicky seven months ago. Even though my husband had some complications after surgery primarily due to the hospital's negligence, we are very pleased with Dr Vorlicky's work and his support team, Nate and Lauren.
This review is not about the surgery or TCO, but instead about I-Health, who handles the billing for TCO. Out of 13 physical therapy visits, I-Health coded three visits for the wrong knee when submitting the bills to my husband's workers comp insurance. Of course the claims were denied, and even though I contacted I-Health numerous times and was told they would correct the error and resubmit the claims, I am still dealing with it over six months later.
After the second denial by workers comp, again still submitted with the never corrected procedure code for the wrong knee, I-Health arbitrarily submitted the denied claims to my husband's Medicare insurance, and sent us a bill for the copays, of which we wouldn't have to pay anything related to his work comp injury if they would just code everything correctly.
On top of that, they now randomly submit claims for subsequent visits to Medicare instead of workers comp. I have made no less than ten phone calls to I-Health over the last five months, including leaving two messages for the manager (Todd) to call me back (which he never did), and I'm now at my wits end. I am now writing letters to TCO's patients advocates, Minnesota's Attorney General's office, and leaving one star reviews on every social media platform that I can think of.
What could have been a good experience for us and accolades for TCO, has now resulted in absolute frustration, wasted time on the phone and writing letters, and one star reviews for TCO since they chose to use such an incompetent company for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience with Dr Larson at this office as well as his nurse was a complete joke. They treated me with such disdain because I wouldn't do exactly as they said and how they said it. I already had X-Rays and a MRI but they wanted me to take more X-Rays with a different pose cause the doctor felt that was needed. On top of that - when I would try to talk at all during my exam, to say anything, the doctor would talk over me and ignore anything I would say. He moved my leg around and barely touched the effected area, and I mean barely. He then tells me that I could possible need surgery, but make sure I get those X-rays he wants, and that while yes I have pain - No I cannot have anything like a cortisone shot to help. He doesn't like those. They are bad (They aren't - he just says so cause he wanted 4 more visits - actually said 4 more visits to follow up with me on this issue.)
I have never been treated with such disdain by a doctor and nurse before. I have to say this was an experience that if I could give less than 1 star on I would. I am going to get billed for being treated like this. Their patient advocacy line also doesnt do anything about issues. I have called and...
