So I would give this place a 5 star because the food is the best in Eagle Pass home made everything. We're from San Antonio Texas and we come to the casino twice a month if we can,Let's add Eagle Passes Food is crappy . The thing that bring this place down horribly is the service the people are always mad or they think there high class and too good for everyone I don't know. They don't smile they will NEVER COMEBACK and ask if you need anything else!! So if your the kind of person that wants refills of coffe on a cold winter morning breakfast save your breath.. If you want to order another taco best believe you'll find your self at the counter asking for another taco and the man or his daughter will act so rude with attitude like if your about to ask for money . If there attitude wasn't so bad I'm sure this restaurant will go so far and probably prosper and become so huge in EPTX but it won't cause there stuck with those attitude!! This is the worst Mexican restaurant. The service is horrible. This is no joke, when I asked for a menu waitress said they did not have menus. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. ( That should have been a clue)Our waitress was on the phone the entire time and when I asked for a glass of water I was given tap water with no ice. The tv was on an inappropriate channel for customers with children. The restaurant was unkept despite having cleaning supplies in the dining area. TV wires were a also exposed in an unsafe manner. Terrible, Terrible service and customer service. The lady there had an attitude problem. When I asked for a menu she replied we don't have any. What kind of restaurant has no food menu. I asked for coffee refill and she took her sweet time to bring the coffee, then when she did she didn't get the creamers. I think she was in a hurry to be on her phone. Terrible service.
