We went to Abby's after a funeral on Halloween. There was 15 of us and we tried to reserve a table or two because we were going to be there at 3:45 in the afternoon.
The manager refused flat out saying Halloween is their busiest night of the year because they give kids free pizza. When we got to the restaurant there were tables reserved so we were very confused, and it was still very quiet as it was only late afternoon. We considered going somewhere else. We did have 13 other people with us so we didn't leave.
That being said we ordered 2 Giant pizzas and 2 orders of 8 piece chicken and potatoes plus drinks. The Abby's special was good but not popular.
The Chicken Garlic pizza was one of the best chicken pizzas that I personally have ever had. I will order again just not from the Eagle Point Abby's for reasons notes above.
The chicken and potatoes were excellent as always and very popular. The only leftovers we had was the Abby's Special. We had a hard time getting anyone to want to take it home. Finally, the 2 teenagers said they would take it and have it for lunch the next day.
As we were leaving at 5:00 it was definitely getting very busy with kids in costumes.
Those 2 tables were still reserved....
Read moreThey have pretty good pizza, solid 8 out of 10. The fried chicken and potatoes on the other hand you might have better luck at a grocery store deli, the salads are your standard pizza place salads not much effort put into them, but for $7, what do you expect? Hospitality is supposed to be an equal exchange of cash for foods and services. Asking me to rate your service is the same as soliciting somebody for a good Google review. If your service end product is exceptional then it will warrant such a review. Asking for one seems like a breach of trust of that basic cash for goods and services arrangement. Now you're asking me for extra, I don't ask you to do me a favor on the way out and call my wife and tell her I'm on the way. That would be...

Since continually being a customer of Abby’s, service has exponentially gone down hill. EVERYTIME we order a simple pizza from the menu some sort of topping is forgotten. And the last incident of delivery we were advised of a 45 minute delivery time. (On a Sunday at 3pm). However, the pizza took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to be delivered.
From now on we will forgo the local Abby’s and be traveling into Medford from now on for a simple pizza.
Old review:
Good pizza. Wish they would consider making their own ranch, the pre made cups are not acceptable.
Topping always taste fresh and the crust is usually perfect.
The nice thing about the management team at Abby’s is that if they do mess your order up, they make it...
