Would give zero stars but this will not allow us to post unless we give at least 1 star.....This was the first time We ordered from the new Domino's in Eagle Point and the first time We placed a food order on line. First, having to wait until check out to see the total and to find out there is a delivery charge is frustrating, you should be able to see your total as it accumulates. Next we used the tracker, this allowed us to observe in real time when our order was received, when it was being prepped and baked and when the driver has left the store to deliver it. Our food left for deliver at 5:53 PM. The driver arrived at our home, less than 1 mile with either route you take, at 6:23 PM. It took 30 MINUTES. The explanation was because he had other deliveries to make. I understand other people ordered, requested and paid for delivery, I'm sure they wouldn't want their food to be sitting in the car for 30 minutes prior to delivery either. We would have gladly waited the longer time if they had been preparing our order while the other delivery was being made. There is no mention on the website about multiple delivery's being done with each order, that your food could possibly be sitting in their warming bags for 30 or more minutes. Our pizza was somewhat warm, the crust tasted like the box it came in, Ordered a bacon pizza, We believe was Canadian bacon, though we are not sure if it were that or pork bacon. Called the store, the manager was rude. He asked what we expected him to do. Told him we got food that was sitting in a car for 30 minutes, Was then told we can have a credit for our next order or he could void our payment. We stated there would not be a next order so the voided payment option would be appreciated. He didn't want to hear what we thought about the food because he disconnected the call once he got our choice of voided payment. Overall, not a good experience at all. Domino's has never had great pizza, but thought we'd give them a try, hoping the pizza had gotten better....Nope, it hasn't. Truly, it is worse...
Read moreI have order pizza multiple times from this location. My last experience was to say the lease the worst customer service ever!! I had a gathering at my house for multiple National Guardsman that are shipping out to Africa this next week. I placed my order and after an hour I called to find out where the pizza was and I was told they tried to deliver it but there was nobody home, therefore they would not deliver to my house again. When I said there is 15 or more people at my house. I was told we will not deliver your order. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he did not have time to speak to me and I need to stop harassing them. Then a guy got on the phone and said we will not serve you and hung-up on me. The next day Domino's charged my account twice for the order and when I call to ask them to fix it I got the same girl on the phone and she was rude, would not give me her name. At the end of the day I ended up placing a $100.00 order at Bobbio's Pizza and they were supper nice and the pizza was amazing. I will never order pizza from Domino's again. Pretty bad when you can not at least provide good...
Read moreOrdered pizzas and a 14 piece BBQ wings to be delivered, they arrived but wings were not BBQ, they were so spicy hot, nobody could breath. I called them and politely told them that we got the wrong wings and that they were extremely spicy and we ordered plain BBQ. She said they changed the BBQ sauce to spicy bbq but haven't changed it on the menu yet. I asked her for a refund and she said she would need the wings back and she would give me a store credit. I asked how much the credit would be and she said she wasn't allowed to give a cash price over the phone. I asked her since we had them delivered if the delivery driver could come back and get them and she said no...im not paying him 4 dollars to drive back to get them. Her name was Lea At the Eagle Point store and was extremely rude yet told me I was being rude.
