McDonald's — Restaurant in Eagle River

I went into this establishment late Thursday night and ordered 10 mcchickens and 10 cheese burgers along with a frappe for my fiance, my close friend, and myself. When we'd gone to eat the food, it had tasted as if it were stale and was cold. Furthermore the frappe tasted off as if something used in it was no good. I immediately called in to complain and the rude night manager stated there was no way any of the food was bad. The next day I called the store manager Tyler, and he'd informed me he doesn't believe me either, but he would replace the food the next time I came in. Yesterday when I went in to do so because my friend, his fiance, my kid, my fiance, and I were going fishing. I was told by Nathaniel, his store manager would replace the food, but I would no longer be allowed at the establishment. I was so outraged by this I informed the manager to keep the food I would not want to come back to the establishment anyways, and come to find out the friend who was with us originally had gotten sick from the couple bites of food that he had. If it were possible I would give this place zero stars I would. The management is all extraordinarily rude, and are horrible with customer service, and the food is horrible. Food was served warm, but Big Mac is so over sauced that the sandwich doesn’t even want to stay together. Condiment station/soda bar was a sloppy mess. Although I ordered to eat in and pick up at the counter, my food was packaged to go forcing me to ask for a tray. I could have used the advertised “order at the table” option in the app, but all they do is stand at the counter and call your table number. Only reason I stop in is because the app has some good deals to offset their crazy prices.

Maybe I hit them on a bad day. I stopped in again today (love the app.) The inside was pristine with one associate dedicated to keeping floor and surface’s clean. Soda/condiment station cleaned and stocked. All with the 4th of July parade rush happening. I again used the table delivery option and my food showed up piping hot and with a smile. The 4th star is purely because when they remodeled, they FINALLY got Root Beer as a menu option. For YEARS they were LITERALLY the only Restaurant in the area that didn't have that on the menu. Steggy's, before the owner/operator had to retire for health reasons, made there own Homebrew Root Beer in house!

Otherwise they are a typical small town McDonald's. Decent drive thru, fairly decent seating, basic menu options... Etc...

Drive Can be slow, and if it's anything else but menu standard, you might/probably want to double-check that you got what you wanted... Especially if it's busy. I've had problems trying to get extra anything on my McChicken/Burgers. Usually I ask for extra sliver/quarter onions, and barely got the minimum amount. Same with Mustard.
