Brush Creek Saloon — Restaurant in Eagle

I never leave reviews. But the white girl with tattoos got our order wrong TWICE, and after the second time had the audacity to make a rude comment to my girlfriend while walking past us. My girl was minding her own business just waiting on her fries, so I don’t know why your server would even try and disrespect her? And then the guy never looked our way, we tried asking for boxes and nothing happened. After the female server disrespected us, they both just never looked our way. My lady didn't even get to eat her food since the order was wrong multiple times. I had to go up to the kitchen to ask to speak to the manager but apparently no one was available. These two servers are just straight unprofessional, and the female server looked like she was high too, her eyes were all red and low, and I’m pretty sure she told the guy server to not serve us to by what it looked like when she kept eyeing us and talking to him in his ear. In the end we never got our order right after 3 TIMES. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone even passing by, If the manager wants to contact me. Please feel free too, I’m not paying for anything when your employees are tryna start a fight with my girl. That’s as unprofessional as it gets. servers cant even prepare drinks right either. Either the servers aren't properly trained or they straight up don't care about there job. As someone who also works in the customer service business, we're taught that respect is the #1 priority. Respect for the customer & for whatever it is that has to be done, if we get it wrong 1 or 2 or even 3 times, I get it, shit happens, we fix it, and worse case scenario, we always make sure we come to an agreement which the customer is happy with, and just because your servers are working behind the bar, that doesn't mean they need to be drunk & high every now and then, they're getting paid to serve drinks, not to drink, a job is a job. And if you cant handle your alcohol or whatever it is they're doing, then stay sober and don't try and start fights or arguments with my lady or anyone else. If ya'll keep that females server there, eventually someone's going to take legal action for her unprofessional behavior, and with all them shots that she takes with customers or on her own, she gets out of character easy and wants to act like the boss. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Brush Creek Saloon in Eagle, Colorado. I was there with my friend Matt, who is an absolute burger expert. He has tried burgers all over the world, and he said that the burgers at Brush Creek were easily in his top five.

The burgers are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The patty is cooked to perfection, and the toppings are generous. I had the Cowboy Burger, which is topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and avocado. It was absolutely delicious. Matt had the Brush Creek Burger, which is topped with cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. He said it was the best burger he's ever had.

The service at Brush Creek was also excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She made us laugh, and she made sure that we had everything we needed.

Overall, I had a great dining experience at Brush Creek Saloon. The burgers were amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great burger.

2024 edit - Things were improving for a while but they just implemented a 20% price increase. This food just isn't worth $17-$20 for a sandwich.

Edited my rating. This place has really gone downhill. I've literally spent thousands of dollars here over the course of a decade plus. We had several bad visits in a row but our last visit was a doozy, they had been only accepting cash for weeks but we went anyway. We ordered our food and it took over an hour to arrive. A buffalo chicken salad arrived but we ordered a BBQ chicken salad. The server admitted it was her fault but the cook refused to remake it. This caused a kerfuffle and the manager ended up closing the kitchen down entirely that afternoon. We tried to close our tab and nobody would pay attention to us, finally I flagged down some young kid, gave him cash, and then he shorted me $5. I was so darned angry at this point I just let them steal my money and I left. I won't be going back unless I've heard things have changed.
