Inner Light Juice — Restaurant in Eagle

I cannot share enough good things and gratitude for Inner Light Juice. As a person who has regularly cleansed 3-4 times a year, for years nearly 10 years, and who always made her own juice, I decided to give juicing from professionals a try. And, I sit here now thinking where has Inner Light Juice been all my life?! The variety of juices, their smooth fresh taste, and there genuine care in the making process, and for their customers is second to none.

I started with Inner Light's 5-day cleanse routine, thinking I would make my own for the second 5 day stretch, and three days in, I quickly decided to stay with Inner Light Juice's, beautiful, eclectic, plentiful juices for the full 10 days. I think their variety has also been key to feeling not only good while cleansing, but also feeling the, healthy energizing effects of cleansing sooner than usual.

Part of any good health journey is hold space for the gratitude in life, and I can say I'm deeply grateful that this local, passionate, kind and caring business is open. The owner and employees could not be more thoughtful, intentional and caring their work, and I could not be more grateful for their creations directly benefit one of most treasured assets in life, health.

Beyond what I could say about the cleanse juicing, I would also like to say that my daughter, your typical Starbucks loving pre-teen, now wishes not for Starbucks, but for Inner Light's deliciously healthy smoothies and smoothie bowls. Their gift of health has not only been for me, but also my daughter, which is priceless when you think on that long enough.

Pulled off the freeway on a whim to get some peaches. Inner Light had a little mobile smoothie shop at a pop-up market by the river.

Let's just get to the point...WOW

Never have I ever sipped on a more smooth drink! Definitely reset the bar for how smooth a smoothie should be. The taste was transcendental! Three of us fawned over how amazing it was.

The amount of ingredients was dizzying... can't even recall what my wife ordered...it was a vivid, lush violet color. Something that complex runs the risk of being "too much" or flat out gross. Nothing could be further from how this actually tasted.

They even make their own almond milk! I've made almond milk... once... it's a lot of work. However you can't beat how fresh it tastes and that shows through even the longest list of ingredients.

Price be damned... Totally worth it. Plus the amount of labor involved & the neat glass mason jar with straw-lid add to the value significantly.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. Why can’t I give ten stars?? The owners and workers are genuine souls and kindhearted people that make buying smoothies a whole experience. Not to mention, they are sustainable! I don’t feel guilty going there and love that they love health and the planet! I have always been a smoothie fanatic, choosing to seek out smoothies when traveling. Inner Light Juice is by far, light years above other smoothies. It’s hard to blend high quality health and delicious taste, but Inner Light Juice has mastered it. There’s not a single smoothie I don’t like. I’ve tried them all. I rotate them all. Don’t ask me what my favorite is because I don’t have one. AND all their other products are equally delicious. Smoothies bowls? Take my money! I’m so glad they are here in Eagle to add some pizzazz, sparkle, jazz hands, and love to my work week. Come for the smoothies, stay for the vibes....
