Waiting for months for Slope to open!! I was so excited to be one of the first in for the soft open today…Aaaaand so worth the wait. I had the “Gringo Pastor.” A pulled pork taco with queso fresco and some pineapple salsa. It was so tender and juicy and just dang led delicious! Nothing better than a taco with a cold coke hecho en Mexico. And instead of chips I went with fries. This was a meal that was hot, gave me the feels and I’m looking forward to going back! I've heard great things about the glenwood location, and we decided to grab some from eagle. There was a nice environment when we walked in, and I had decently high expectations. I was thoroughly let down when I tried the crispy fish tacos, and my brother the same with the pastor. The chimichurri fries were really yummy, the chips were pretty good, but the tacos need a lot of work, especially if they're going to be advertised as the main food on the menu.
