I will be calling corporate since the manager James refused to give me his supervisorās name. The last time I visited I had an issue with my drink (it tasted like it needed to be changed) so I asked for a different one. He said he had just had one and it tasted fine as what I said didnāt matter. He proceeded to give me something different but it was off as well. I just told him it was ok and left. I could tell he was aggravated. This visit I decided to taste the fries with my tacos. The fries were cold so I went around (drive -thru) to have them replace as well as to add an order because I could tell they would be good if they were fresh. He told me that I would have to go back around (behind 3 other cars) in order to get fresh fries. I explained to him my tacos would be could by then. He said you can eat your tacos now. I said I want to eat my tacos with my fries when I get home. I said you can have the whole order back and replace the tacos as well if I have to go back around, I would need everything fresh. He refused so I told him to take the food and give me my money. He said he couldnāt take the food but refunded me. I had to ask his name 3 times before he would give it and he REFUSED to give me his supervisors name. If my fries were served cold why do I have to go back around to get fresh fries. They should of been served hot the 1st time. I said I would go back around but he would have to replace the whole order so everything would be fresh. I canāt believe he told me I could eat my tacos now. This man is terrible in customer service! I know itās hard to find employees these days (Iām a business owner) but to settle is...

I asked to charge my scooter that I was riding on... And I was told know it may start a fire and was looked at what I took not in a good way.. and this is one of the Taco bells with all the extra outlets for laptops and all other things at the tables and this is affordable mini scooter.. I felt like I was being grouped with the homeless when it came to me being polite and asking. Just not a good way to treat paying customers and not a appropriate conversation they were having out in the open so the whole restaurant could hear....

My husband is allergic to cinnamon and I told them that the cinnamon twists needed to be in a different bag but when I got it it was on top spilled over all the food wrappers. But when I went to get it fixed they immediately took care of it and made his whole order again with no argument or fuss.
