Customer service: Jasmine was awesome and super understanding about my gluten allergy. I was so wrapped up in our conversation that I completely failed to ask her to omit the granola. She politely reminded me that the granola wasn't gluten free. When I responded with a horrified gasp, she proceeded to make me two new bowls! She was so cool about the whole thing!

The flavor: I'm a chocolate or go home girl so I was temporarily disappointment when she said she was out of stock. But since I was there, I decided to venture out and try the coconut. To be transparent, I wasn't looking forward to it at all.... but it turned out to be amazing! It was just the right amount of coconut flavor. I paired it with the banana and HOME-MADE PISTACHIO CREAM and I didn't miss chocolate at all! She had ingredients that I've always wanted to try but couldn't because of dairy. She uses Sea Moss which has 92 out of the 102 minerals our body needs! She makes ALMOST everything vegan but it’s all vegetarian and can be modified / customized due to allergies or preferences. Which I appreciate how accommodating she is. She’s coming out with a vegan food menu soon! FYI it’s 5/14/24 when I’m writing this so maybe this month or June 🙏

I travel for work for pharmaceutical sales. I stopped in Jasmine's shop to grab a treat for one of my office's I visit. She was SUPER sweet and accommodating to make 10 acai bowls for me on the spot. While I was waiting, a few other customers came in, one being a sweet older gentleman. She made him a smoothie and Emily (who works there also and is very sweet) walked the gentleman to his car to make sure he was okay. The level of compassion and care for their customers blew me away.
