I typically do not take the time to review except when I have an exceptional experience or an experience I would like to forget. Unfortunately for this Dunkin, it was the latter. I frequent Dunkin locations, and really enjoy their food and coffee for the most part. Today, I ordered on the app to try and “skip the line” as their slogan goes. Not only was the stuff not ready when I got there but I was greeted with a terribly rude attitude at the window when I said, “no I placed two orders”. After waiting for 10 minutes, one of the employees brought my food out to the car. I asked her if everything was in there, to which she replied, yes, it was. Well, I drove home and opened the bag to find several of my items missing, the other items were cold as if they hadn’t even been heated up. When I called to see what could be done to rectify the situation it took 4 calls to even have someone answer. Finally, “Angel” the manager answered the phone telling me that the only way to rectify the situation would be for me to drive all the way back and have everything remade. I find it convenient that the Manager of a retail location couldn’t simply pull up the order and credit my account with the amount of points of the missing items, specifically if I could tell her the exact order numbers and times that I had placed them. I can say, that when the other Manager is there, this place is worlds different and is a great experience, unfortunately,...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I would. I just had an experience at the drive-through that was completely unprofessional and classless of a restaurant, including the manager. Or whoever claimed to be the manager. I was sitting at the drive-through for a long period of time because they were backed up, and I asked when I went to order if it was going to take very long because I had to be at work. She replied with I don’t want to make the sandwich if you’re going to leave and I’m like well I would like my sandwich. I’ve waited a long time so I’ll see how it goes. When I got to the window, I was sitting there. The ONLY nice person was Glenn who was a wonderful man at the window who is very polite , as I was sitting there, I heard the girl make a rude smart comment about me to him with with me sitting there right in front of the window. When I was explaining to the manager what happened an obviously frustrated, I was she told to stop yelling at her, which I was not doing. I was obviously frustrated and she was just as rude as her employees instead of saying I’m so sorry you experienced that she was giving me a hassle. I will never frequent this place again and will be calling the corporate office and district manager. They are extremely unprofessional and from all the reviews It seems this is their usual attitude. Completely unacceptable and no manager should even be in a position when you treat...
