I’ve had a few “meh” experiences here and would recommend finding another place for coffee. Coffee is normal Starbucks stuff but I’ve had some bad experiences with the workers.
The official last time I was there I had another customer (an elderly man) take my drink thinking it was his. I said something as he took a sip so he just handed it back to me. I said something to the girl behind the counter and she gave me a new lid... unsure at what point the drink became my responsibility to have other people not drink it but it seems like they should have made me a new drink. I didn’t argue about it because the old man was still standing there so I just threw my coffee/$5 in the trash on...
Read moreThis location is nice but they really need to learn how to fill a drink up. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered a Trenta & they basically give ya a venti in a Trenta cup. Today I ordered a Venti & it wasn't even close to be full...it's very disappointing. You pay a lot for the yummy drinks, you want what you paid for!
They also need to get a hold on the local children that come into this establishment, they are awful. Always in the way, bunched up by the pick up counter. You can't even get to your order when your name is called....

When I walked in all three baristas gave me such a friendly welcome and we all had a lovely chat about the historical building (so sad I didn't think to snap a photo before I left, the facade is gorgeous and the little terrace adorable) and a good natured laugh at my partner still being afraid to order for himself after 14 years. The orders were correct and timely, and overall just such a nice experience in such a small and cute...
