4 stars depending on what you are looking for - this place has a boutique coffee cafe vibe but with tasty beer! That is to say, you would not feel out of place to have a beer while reading a book at a table by yourself. It is not a rowdy atmosphere and supports an environment of quite conversation or board game play.
I went with a group of people after visiting the Fat Orange Cat Brewery only a few miles away. It was a chilly day and we wanted some warmth after hanging out outside but were still in the mood for craft beer. Dexter's provided the perfect balance. Read moreI was an Author, lucky enough to be chosen to show my novels at Dexter's Tunes, Tales and Ales at the Author Walk in East Hampton on August 14th. Martha, the owner, was so friendly and helpful, that I felt totally comfortable selling my books there on the adorable patio. She made the experience quite Stellar. Read moreI love going to Dexter’s! They have a selection of local beer and cocktails and are responsive to customer feedback. It’s so fun to go there in the nice weather because there is a large outdoor area to gather with friends. Inside they have records, books, and games and it’s a cozy, comfortable atmosphere.
