Jersey Artisan Wholesale Bakery — Restaurant in East Hanover

My mom got me a gift certificate for Christmas to do a class at Jersey Artisan. We chose the mozzarella class. It was so fun! The instructor was informative and clear. The other employees were helpful keeping an eye on everyone to make sure they were following along. They provided snacks which were delicious: pizza, cheese, fresh bread, etc. BYOB. I just took a cooking class on how to make mozzarella cheese, and it was a nice experience. There was snacks to munch on and bring your own wine, as well. Everything they put out for us to eat were products they make fresh at the shop. I definitely recommend signing yourself up, whether you have nothing to do on a weekend or want to plan something nice out with friends....

They were at Princeton farmer’s market on campus. They had a $5 brioche that I used a voucher from Princeton for so it was free for me. It tasted good! Probably would’ve been better if I got it at the bakery so it would’ve been warmer. It had cheese and pesto on top of it.
