After an hour and half of waiting for my pizza I called the restaurant with complaint, since the last time that happened I got my food cold and got sick of my stomach. The manager forced me to take my food because I wouldn’t get a refund told me I would get store credit for my next order. 45 minutes later I found out that they ended up giving my pizza to a different person because the receipt had someone else’s name ( their fault), disregarding the instructions to where to drop it off and they didn’t even bother calling me (their fault). I called the restaurant and the manager tells me that I would have to use the credit I was given earlier that day if I wanted another pizza and I told them that’s not fair because I paid for my order and never got it, and it was their fault because they never called me and the receipt had another’s person name. So next thing the manager told me was: Well next time tell your co-workers you’re waiting for a pizza and that next time (You don’t have to eat here at Anna’s ) and that I won’t get a refund and they hang up on my face!! So after 12 long hours at work I had to go home starving and humiliated when I was being extra nice to this people and they literally stole my money and I never got my food instead I got hung up on my face. Everything about this restaurant is wrong and management and the owner need to be held accountable.
PD: I have always get my food cold and even one time got sick of the stomach!! And the nerve to tell me to go buy somewhere else and not Anna’s it’s out of the line. I have spent so much money the past 5 years for this people and gave them chances after chances after getting my food cold mad times and after their 45 minutes wait turns into an hour and half or better every single time!!

When a co-worker orders his steak & cheese grinder, he prefers his selected toppings; mushroom, green peppers and onions to NOT be cooked. The first time, when ordered online in the special instructions I've instructed them to use cold mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. I pick it up, they're cooked. OK, no big deal, people make mistakes. Second time we order online and in the special instructions I put the same message to use cold mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. GUESS WHAT? Cooked mushrooms, peppers and onions. So, third time ordering online and this time in the special instructions i put: PLEASE USE UNCOOKED PEPPERS,ONION, AND MUSHROOMS YOU CAN GUESS, they didn't do it AGAIN. I look on the slip thats stapled to the bag, and theres my note "* SAYING USED UNCOOKED PEPPERS,ONION, AND MUSHROOMS*" So, today, instead of ordering online, I called to place my order. And of course, I told the lady on the phone that I wanted a steak and cheese with UNCOOKED PEPPERS,ONION, AND MUSHROOMS. I told her about 3 times to please make sure. About 5 minutes later, she calls me back and ASKS ME WHAT MY ORDER WAS!! That is just totally unacceptable. I went to go pick it up, SURPRISE!!! COOKED PEPPERS,ONION, AND MUSHROOMS!!!! I order from you 4 times and the same problem keeps happening! You all either need your eyes on your ears checked. I went back in to get the order fixed. While I'm waiting, a whole table got served the wrong food...then right after that someone asked a worker, "Did table 2 get their food?" This place is going...
Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Delivery time was supposed to be between 6:45pm-6:55pm. At 7:15pm I call inquiring about my order. After a 5 minute hold I'm told someone would be there in 10 minutes. At 7:40pm the driver calls and says she has been driving for 15 minutes and can't find my house(we have ordered delivery from here for years). She finally gets here at 7:45 and ask US to come to the car and get the order. Once we get it the pizza is cold. We called the restaurant and asked for the manager and they tell us to call back in an hour because he wasn't there. We called back and Peter who said he was the owner was so rude. We told him what happened and he said “why are you just calling now”? We explained that we did call earlier and your staff told us to call back because you weren't available. He stated he had been there all evening and no one told him anything. Regardless I told him I would like a discount for the cold pizza and long wait. This man only liked to argue because all he heard was pizza and said it was to late to make another one and his drivers were gone. There was a lot of back and forth. Bottom line, he was rude and clearly was not going to accommodate my request. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card We have gone here for over 10 years and that ends TONIGHT. Unfortunately, I read the complaints here on Google afterwards and see I am not alone. Peter was very aggressive for no reason, reminds me of someone with early onset Dementia/Alzheimers's.
