Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Manchester

Is this place run by toddlers? Was doing something in the neighborhood and somehow decided to go here to get some fried chicken. I had not gone inside a Popeyes in a long, long time, so didn't know what to expect. I walked in there, and it seemed that the employees (two young girls), were more busy chatting between themselves than helping customers. When I walked to the counter, they seemed almost annoyed. Okay, then I order, and one of the girls working the counter just "thumps" the food on counter, without saying anything. When I asked for some "honey" to go with my chicken, she seemed positively bothered that she has to do the job that she gets paid to do. She thhrew the honey into the bag and walked away. As soon as I had left the counter, I see her whispering something in the ear of the other girl who is working there, and they start laughing. What am I supposed to infer from this? They also seemed to offer some people trays (asking if they need it), when dining in, whereas for others, including myself, they just serve you the box in a plastic bag even though you are dining in.

Is no training provided for employees at fast food chains anymore? What a shame. Won't...

Very disappointing it's friday, April 26, 2024. I went online, and it says the place closes at 12:30. It is now 1130. I went through the drive-through, and they're telling me it's closed. I drove all the way from Harford to Manchester. Just for them not to serve me. Very dishonest. How can you have it say on Google that you close at 12:30. Your workers don't wanna work until 12:30 they closed at 11 o'clock. I am very upset cause. I spent enough money at this facility. They really need to review this place. The manager or the owner really needs to look into his workers because this facility is losing business because they don't want to work. It's a friday night and you guys are closed at eleven o'clock. Do not believe the hours of this facility on google becauseits wrong on Fridays they are closing at 11pm. It's very deceitful and dishonest because when you go on Google, that's what it says. Good morning, The woman that opened the resturant this morning was extremely RUDE!! Not sure how her night went but whatever happened....She brought it to work with her. I arrived at 10:40 AM on 09/06/2024. THEY JUST OPENED AT 10":30 AM!!! When I walked through the first door, this cashier woman was on her way out to deliver an order to a man who was parked directly in front of the door in his vehicle She almost knocked me over trying to get to him. 'NO EXCUSE ME, NO SORRY AND NOT EVEN A GOOD MORNING. When she arrived back behind the counter she greeted me with a RUDE 'CAN I HELP YOU"? I ordered a 12 of Ghost Pepper Wings qnd asked her what flavored dipping sauces they had. She just slapped her hand on the menú board. I guess that meant 'figure it out". I asked for 3 honey multar sauces and she said 'it comes with 2". NOW IM WATCHING HER THROW MY CHICKEN IN THE BOX. Never closed the box but showed it in the bag.
