East Hartford pizza restaurant — Restaurant in East Hartford

Tonight my husband and I ordered grinders from this restaurant. I had a chicken Parmesan grinder, my husband ordered the Italian combo. At about 50 minutes after ordering, we had to call to find out where the food was, the driver was conveniently close by. When we opened our food packages, the Parmesan grinder didn’t look very appetizing. The chicken was heavily breaded, and light on sauce. When I bit into it, it tasted like frozen chicken cutlets put into the bread and sauce added. Not much effort put into making this grinder at all, not to mention the taste was not great. We have ordered here before and had the same opinions, so we figured we’d try again, as maybe it was a one time thing, and came to conclusion that this place, is not somewhere we’d order from ever again. First time ordering from here, ordered a large margharita pizza & some “Mild” wings for delivery… AWESOME!!! The pizza has a great tasting crust that balances crispy and tender perfectly, not to mention the sauce, cheese, & toppings didn’t disappoint either. The wings were cooked to perfection, plump and tender where they almost could fall off the bone, and the “Mild” sauce compliments well for the taste buds which, to me, has hint of Jamaican Jerk blended with a traditional Buffalo flavor. I really wish I can rate this place zero stars I order a combo with wings and pizza they gave me burnt wings and I wanted to get my money back but was only trying to give me $2.00 so I just got another order and top of that they had me waiting for 45 minutes for wings and the wings were cold and the box was broken when they redone it from me and when the lady got here she gave me the wings and ran out fast when I was trying to talk to her she ignore me and they told me if I don’t show them that the wings were in the garbage that they will not give me wings and I show them cause they didn’t believe me.
