Krauszer's Food Stores — Restaurant in East Haven

This review is pertaining to the Rt 80 East Haven location.Staff is wonderful,often remembering customers names&alot of people go in&out in a day! Since its a convenience store it can be pricey,however the hot/cold subs are delicious&decent priced at the full service deli.They also sell beer,have lotto/keno&scratch off tickets.Can get busy at times but the line moves quick,coffee is delicious &always fresh.Overall its a great place, highly due to friendly,accomodating staff,they make you feel welcome with their friendly...

The manager, and almost every worker are the kindest most accommodating people!! I live right down the road and go there.quite often. The way they remember your face and greet you when you walk in makes you feel like you just walked into the "Cheers" bar. And for a quickie Mart their food is AMAZING!! I get breakfast almost every morning from them. OH and they have live Keno games!! Just an awesome place. Quickie Mart or not...

The older lady is miserable and not pleasant. The younger gentleman at night makes you wait at register for awhile before tending to you. They never smile. Customer service here is horrible. They need Ray back he was pleasant, friendly and didn't leave you waiting at the register. I live around the corner and I'll never go back there. Everytime i go in there, i regret it. There are much better options for customer service...
