Nasty place of business! They made my pizza very oily and all my cheese and pepperonis were falling off as I tried to lift ANY slice. Every slice was watery and my pepperoni was burnt. And she had the audacity to blame it on the way I was holding the pizza to the car! Cheese and pepperoni dont fall off of pizza from the box being slightly sideways.. she handed me the box crooked! that was a stupid excuse! I wish I took a picture. I will never order again. Nasty food. Nasty people never apologized not once, just blamed me for their horrible service

Edit: Let’s not forget you handed me my box the same way I carried it out the building. YOU NEVER ADVISED ME TO BE CAREFUL WITH MY ORDER! I was new to the area at the time, and had no frame of reference on good take out so I tried this place on a whim. This is the worst take out experience I have ever had in my life. The delivery driver must have dropped my food. The box looked like it was falling apart and it was covered in grease and sauce. When I greeted him at the door I noticed he was missing a chicken Parm dinner and a cheeseburger platter. He said he would come back with it. I called the restaurant to tell his boss I was missing half of my order and the woman on the phone had me send her pictures of the food. She then told me that I was lying and that the delivery driver said he gave me all of my food. They would not refund me any money and they did not bring me the missing items of my order. I paid 58.00 plus a tip for a congealed stromboli and garlic knots dropping in dirty grease. The customer service is what upset me the most. I got the impression that she was miserable and wanted everyone around her to be miserable as well. I hope the people that own the place realize that their manager is losing customers due to her lack of professional courtesy and her inability to listen and problem solve...
