BIGGBY Coffee — Restaurant in East Lansing

When I wake up in morning one of the first things I do is get coffee. I’ve went to various places to get some, but nothing will ever compare to the coffee and service I received from this locations. When I walk I’m greeted by the warmest of welcomes that make feel at home. I recently went in to get a small tanline and when I went to the register to order I was greeted “how are you?” Instead of “what can I get you?” By Kyrie . I felt like she actually cared more about me than my order. As I was finishing with my order she gave me the recommendation to put cold foam on top instead of whip cream and don’t regret taking that advice. After what felt like the shortest time in the world my drink was prepared by Madi who made cool lighting bolt on top of the cold foam. The lady working the drive thru was lovely and very nice. The lady making the drinks seemed to have a lot of other things to focus on besides making drinks. My iced coffee had an alcohol taste and was not good at all! The other drinks had no ice at all. Definitely won't be back EDIT: I would like to add that after posting this review I was quickly contacted by mgmt. They apologized and offered to allow us another visit to redeem themselves. That in and of itself says a lot about the fact that they do take customers experiences seriously and want your loyalty. We have not gone back yet but definitely will try again soon. I absolutely LOVE starting my day at BIGGBY Coffee on Trowbridge Rd! I come in every single morning for my coffee fix, and the service is consistently outstanding. What truly makes this location special is Kenzie, one of the baristas. She is an absolute star! Kenzie always remembers my order and makes my coffee PERFECTLY every single time – she knows exactly how I like it.
