McDonald's — Restaurant in East Los Angeles

Nightmare... Such a bad experience I got a refund after waiting almost 20min while I was in the lobby. I walked out disgusted and was trying not to think that yeah it's Mcdonalds, the workers are not educated, they are kind of slow, service is supposed to be poor because it's fast food, and to top it off it's a Mcdonalds in East L.A. Just 2 yards away from my view an employee was just kick back next to the Frappé machine and drinking on the floor while talking to the manager. She didn't know how to handle the cup properly either before she made the drink. She was touching the inside of the cup. Her hands where all over the place. Her pockets ... Just gross, just touching herself and everything. No sense of Servsafe anywhere. What a slob. The manager... She was doing nothing to help. As her team was in the middle of their rush she was just kicking back with the caramel Frappé employee drinking the last of the mix that I saw was supposed to be for my order. Yes, the slob was drinking my drink. I then had to ask for a manager for the 4th time for the manager to finally approach me and say... Absolutely nothing. I had to ask her... Are you the manager? Very ill mannered, no class. What's the point of wearing a button up if you are going to carry yourself as if you are at home wearing a t shirt? "SLOBS" This place doesn't even deserve a star. The slob that drank the last of the caramel Frappé mix was trying to tell them to just make me a Mocha. Her and another employee told the man that was making my order " Just give her Mocha" I'm allergic to chocolate so I guess I'll just take my money elsewhere. What a waste of time. What a bunch of dim...

The only McDonald's in the area that still offers the happy meal for less than 5 bucks. The service is fast and the employees are always polite which is amazing given the fact that this location gets beyond overcrowded everyday. The drive thru set up is the only bad part of this location. If you're in the line to the drive thru you will be blocking the people parked in the spots in front of the restaurant. I've seen drivers get a bit aggressive when they get blocked in but it's understandable there's just really no way in avoiding it unless they are made aware that there is parking lot right across from the drive thru ordering menu which does not get obstructed by the vehicles in line to order. I wish they could just move the order box a bit further down so that it could allow more cars into the parking lot since it's on a main street and most cars going into this McDonald's block the lane for through traffic. Highly recommend if you're still looking for that affordable McDonald's...

Went to have dinner a few minutes ago with my family all the order was good, except mine! The cashier was super sweet very charismatic I said please please absolutely no mustard, no onions I don’t want to return it. Literally that’s how they made it with mustard and onions no cheese. So I kindly returned it, the cashier was busy and I was waiting for my one little cheeseburger to be remade since they made it wrong in the first place. I patiently waited and was watching the staff standing around chatting while my cheeseburger was sitting there I asked the manager if they were going to remake my cheeseburger because it’s sitting there, and she didn’t even look at me went to ask for it and when she handed it to me said she said, “There you go”! Like I was a dog, I didn’t insult her because I was with my family but someone needs to report them...
