Gardens Hotel — Hotel in East Los Angeles

I stood here two separate occasions and both experiences were wonderful. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. Rooms had a/c , cable t.v, comfortable beds. Some rooms have bathrooms for a little extra. The owner and his wife were so nice and professional. Very welcoming and took care of all our needs during our stay. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again. Thank you Garden Hotel for taking good care of us...

Nice place... $40 a night or $200 a week.... All rooms have a fridge & microwave + 24 hr porn channel.... Also washer & dryer... Showers & bathrooms are down the hall.... But if you pay a little extra u can have your own bathroom & shower.... Great Mexican food nearby & there's a pool hall downstairs with some nice señoritas inside ... & if they like you .... You might get lucky & 1 of them will come up to the room... All in all...

This would have been ok in the 60's or 70's. But in today's world this place doesn't make sense... Extra to have your own restroom and shower? Who does that? I don't get it. I'll stay elsewhere in a 5 Star hotel, even The Courtyard in on Whittier Blvd is better, atleast Every Room has it's own bathroom and shower.. Located in Gang Territory on Whittier Blvd which has seen better days 40 years ago. Strange...
