If there was an option for 0 stars thatâs what I would go with! From sales to manager the level of customer service here is just awful. My mother went in to buy dining room chairs and she was thrilled when she found exactly what she was looking for ($1k purchase for 4 chairs). After they were delivered she noticed one was damaged and called immediately to report the construction defect. The store sent a maintenance repair associate to determine if it was fixable and after his inspection he determined he could not fix and would need to report back to management. My mom called the sales associate and requested a new chair considering these were literally just delivered, his response to her was beyond rude, condescending and unacceptable. He called her a crook because she was trying to exchange used furniture for new one and said she had a pattern of doing this before. He told her that her file showed how her payment history was questionable and went on...please keep in mind my mom had never shopped in this store in her life. She talked to the manager and she was just as rude...letting my mom know that a part was ordered and that there were no exchanges Available. After speaking to two employees my mom had enough. She called again the following day only to get same type of response from manager. That is when we took a trip to the store to speak directly to apparently the owner. I would never ever return or recommend this store to anyone. Horrible service and experience. My mom is in her 70s and this type of harassment from sales and management is just not acceptable. Take your money...

The sales person was too pushy, he verbally expressed he gets paid commission and said my application was useless since they don't consider self employment as valid proof of income, then he insisted we should try with my boyfriend's credit but my boyfriend and i thought he had bad credit. Turns out, sales rep. yelled at me accusing me of lying when boyfriend's credit was checked. Saying that he has better credit than me.
Funny twist to this whole thing is that now he tells me that i should be a co-signer. What? Co-signer after invalidating my application? So i rejected that option. Then i get yelled at & accused of waisting his time. So i complained to James the "Manager." James was dismissive of my complaint. He was basically looking at our credit report the whole time and requesting my ID again trying to finish off "the sale." ...as if i didn't just complained. Talk about adding insult to injury. Based on my experience, i felt like as soon as i walked in they viewed me as a dollar sign instead of a person. This was a TOTAL...
