The two meat combo is $32 but the quantity is adequate (even a giant slice of bread in there!) compared to other food trucks that have been here before.

Chicken was a little dry - BUT the brisket and pulled pork were solid and delicious.

Mac and cheese was hefty and savory, potato salad had the right flavors, and the beans actually had bbq meat mixed in so very tasteful.

If I have to be critical of the cornbread, it’s just that it was a tad on the dry side but it was genuinely pretty good esp. w/ that honey butter.

Overall really delicious and we’re content - if y’all come thru again we’ll try...

The key ingredient, BBQ sauce - 5 stars. I ordered the mac and cheese with brisket. The brisket was excellent, juicy tender, and full of natural beef flavor. The macaroni was done perfectly. However the cheese lacked character. Way too mild I think it needed more cheddar.

Hi marks also for thoughtful packaging. The outer cardboard box had a water repellent liner, then there were two cardboard trays inside holding the mac and cheese with brisket. Add a small plastic container of more of their wonderful barbecue sauce, and you have a very satisfying meal. I would definitely try them again and maybe then go for the pork spare ribs...

Found this food truck on the Venice Boardwalk. Decided to try their brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Really loved them both pretty equally! The brisket was a bit more smoky so my hubby really loved that one and i loved the bbq pork! The sides were delish too, very yummy mac n cheese and delish potato salad. The portions were very generous and we were quite full and satisfied after!!! Got a side of cornbread to try and it was VERY flavorful... the real deal! The counter guy was over the top nice and took great care of us!!!! Can't wait to eat with...
