They're lucky they got 2 stars from me and the only reason they didnt get 1 star is because their worker, Bryce is on top of things. However, I will only eat there when he is working. The rest of the staff is incompetent. I came in for a roast beef and asked for no sauce if there was any sauce that came on it. They legit microwaved my entire sandwich, bun and all. The bun was super soggy and yet the meat somehow was so idk overcooked maybe? I couldnt even swallow it. Literally one bite and after 3 min of chewing i had to spit it out. Microwave because i dont want sauce? I dont understand. On top of that, it took 40 minutes to get that microwaved sandwich. I had barely enough time to hit up Culvers on the way home so I could actually eat. Then I try them 2 more times, not for myself but for my son because he loves their chicken strips. Both times they were messed up. The first time they said they cant make chicken strips an hour before close. Ummm I've been a general manager. You can make them, they just shut everything off early so they wouldn't have to. Maybe make a sign stating you microwave and dont serve any food an HOUR before close. The second time was through the drive through and the guy kept cutting me off and saying "is that all?"...my order was a fry and chicken strips. Why interrupt me? And then $25 for ONLY chicken strips and fries, the fries were unseasoned and we asked for curly, they gave us normal. Sigh. The chicken had like wet spots on some of them that were white which made my son not eat them. 3 times I've wasted my money. If you're going to overprice people, maybe actually make the food they want FRESH AND CORRECTLY WITHOUT ATTITUDE or charge less for the BS food you're hanging out. Oh, and maybe Bryce should be the manager so he can train people to actually cook correctly and have decent customer service. None of my issues were taken care of. Not a coupon or redo on my meals, nothing. If you ever go, ask if Bryce is working. If he's not, just drive away because you'll need to stop elsewhere to actually eat and feed your children. I see many bad reviews on here so the manager or owner should maybe reacess how you're doing business because 3 stars? I wouldn't even want to claim that as a manager let...

This super hero made it as easy as possible for my order. No i mean he brought my food 2 the passenger door. As i struggled trying to get change. I've ate 5 star restraunts and NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER had that kind of costomer service. Very sincere Wished me well. I drove up and thought now that wasn't going the extra mile.
