Country Style Ice Cream — Restaurant in East Moline

The first experience there was great when I first walked in my first impression was a Wow this place is clean , Also was greeted by the owner Christina being my first time there, I was not sure on what to order she gave me a good list of suggestions. I ended up getting their Blended coffee white chocolate and hazelnut with three shots of expresso and it was amazing !!!!!Living in East Moline I used to drive to Dunn Brothers for coffee all the way across the river very glad to see that there is a place close to home. I began to be a regular, and now I work for Christina at both of her locations one in Kennedy Square, the other on 53rd in Davenport. Her and her crew take great pride in everything that we make for the customers.Being on both side of the fence, I know she takes pride in her customers also in training her crew although all business has a couple of bad apples she has worked very hard fixing any problems as they are brought to her attention. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a few different malts. the lady after we ordered everything told us we needed to come inside next time after it was clear we had separate orders (she said that it was okay we had different orders) and blamed us for having a customer behind us leave when we didn’t do anything to her or the customer behind us. she even told us to hurry on expressing our order because she has a “long line”. for reference, there was one other person behind us. even though we were nothing but but nice, the lady yelling at us ruined our experience and will never go back there again. the ice cream is delicious but we are very disappointed in a employee yelling at a...

The older blonde lady with all the make up that is working today at the East Moline store Oct 3rd 2024 at 3pm needs to be fired the next time I drive up and she is there I will drive away. I get Country Style atleast 3 times a week and she is the only worker that can not make a simple chocolate malt,she is the only worker that can not scoop 2 (ya only 2) different flavor of ice cream and put in a pint cup, she is the only worker that doesn't know Almonds actually go in a Mocha Almond Fudge malt and she is the only worker there that acts like she doesn't understand English.
