Wendy's — Restaurant in East Orange

Got 4 items for 2 people. Good cobb salad... used to have half size and full siE options on salads. Now they charge more than double for the half size priced option and thats the only option.. possibly smaller than the half size used to be and its the full only available now size... the burger i got to try was disgusting i had to throw it out it had a slimy clumpy yet gooey texture ugh it was their featured " new nacho burger". Yuck. Waste of money. Both were for me. They Forgot to put my boyfriend's burgers in the bag completely but my fault i suppose for not checking the bag until i arrived home. I went inside to order my togo meal to prevent the possibility of missing or wrong items. One girl and one register for inside orders and the line was literally a half hour wait from walkin to finish. And there was only 3 people ahead of me in line.!? 15 min to get to order being the 4th person in line which is definitely too long for non drive thru fast food and another 15 min wait til my 4 item togo order was ready and only 2 items made it in the bag they forgot one third of the order. Paid 9 for tiny cobb salad, 8 for nacho burger just the burger not the meal btw, and 7 for 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers that never made it in the bag so i def feel robbed. And we r...

My review was originally five stars always go here with minor issues, but the last time I went, I was disgusted by the hygiene of the staff handling food. I was in the drive-through and pulled up to the window to pick up my food only to see the girl packing the food chewing on her nails, so now my chicken nuggets and fries have her saliva on them. But wait, there's more right before she gave my bag to the cashier, the cashier took out a tissue and blew her nose. So, now I have saliva and snot. Without a hand sanitizer in sight, the cashier threw her tissue away, grabbed my bag, and said enjoy your food. I was sitting there shocked I went inside and requested my money back, only to be greeted by a sticky floor and dirty counter. One of the staff said they don't get paid enough for this. I responded respectfully, "you don't get paid enough to wash your hands." I took my money and left. I don't know what happened to this Wendy's, but I'm avoiding it until I feel comfortable that they are a clean...

This Wendy’s has the absolute worst customer service in the entire surrounding area. At 5pm 5/25/24 I walked in (only walked in because the last 3 times I went to the drive through, my order was missing 1 or more items) and i had to stand for 10 minutes and watch this rather large African American female with glasses who was at the register talk to her friends about another female before I could tell them what I needed. WhenI interrupted the conversation to ask if they could pass me my mobile order that was behind them the whole time she started throwing a fit like she was not at work but outside on the street. Ofcourse when I sat down I looked in my bag and was missing an item, which they made quickly when I told them. I’m not sure who is hiring or training the employees at this location but after giving this location so many chances i have to say this location on Central Ave is the worst.
