The yams seem like they were fresh but that's about it. Like they made the yams from scratch with no seasoning or juices so it was just very bland. Their yams have the potential to be special if they ever decided to add flavor to them. I really shouldn't call the dish mac and cheese because it was more like lukewarm penne pasta that was covered in a cheese paste perhaps? I'm not sure. All I know is I wouldn't recommend it and it tasted quite unfamiliar. I'm usually weary of ordering chicken breast because chicken breast can turn out dry and this place chicken breast was DRY. Their chicken was dry and stringy and had a overcooked taste and a hint of honey mustard. I guess they used a honey mustard marinade but it wasn't enough to tenderize the chicken nor mask that burnt flavor nor really give it any kind of flavor.
