So over the last two and a half months I've gone there to buy alcohol and pizza but today found out that they were over charging me by 25% for my alcohol. The only reason I learned this is because a manager was teaching a trainee how to charge me for my alcohol. All of a sudden my alcohol was 25% less than what it was before. When I asked the manager about it he informed me that he didn't know who would do such a thing, I consequently told him that he personally had overcharged Me by 25% on multiple occasions. He did not offer to talk to me or make any attempts he merely turned around and walked away. Now I did not know he was the manager at the time so when I got home I made a phone call and ask for the manager on duty and his voice sounded very familiar so I asked him if he had just sold me my alcohol shortly before. He said yes it was him that I described and said It was about the fact that I've been overcharged for two and a half months of alcohol that I bought from them multiple times a week. I asked if there was somebody else I could speak to and he said yes no problem at which point I had to listen to a 45-second conversation between him and another person bashing me as a customer. Then when the next person got on the phone who was apparently a manager I informed him how unprofessional his bashing of customers is the least he could do is cover up the phone if he wants to be all Bromance with his co-worker. And he said he couldn't understand why anybody would ever want to do that, to get over on me for the price of alcohol which I had been overcharged for at least two and a half months. Everything about the conversation was nonchalant and lackluster it was Zero customer service provided for me. I politely told him that I would find my food and alcohol somewhere else and that I was no longer interested in doing service with them. If you were a newcomer going to this facility I would equate it to a McDonald's pizza place and if you don't want to expect very much this is probably the place to go but, they overcharge you for a single slice and there's nothing special about it at all. You can't be fond of the crust or the sauce the cheeses or the toppings it is literally just a slice of pizza. I have later come to find out that it is a family-owned property and I can understand why the customer bashing would happen although the lack of customer service over the phone IE not covering up the phone when talking to a co-worker is extremely inconsiderate and rude. I will never step foot in this property again. Businesses Thrive because they do good because they can create a decent service for the customer and I myself cannot bleed my money into a company who is so inconsiderate. So although they might smile at your face while you get a slice of pizza just know you're being charged double what you would anywhere else and you're not even getting anything other than McDonald's dollar menu. It's a shame because I considered it a small business at the time and I like to see small businesses thrive. Zero customer service. Zero expectations of employees to thrive. And a lackluster quality of food that I would equate to a dying company. As agitated as I am about them overcharging me when I confronted them about it they brushed it off and gave it no concern. Read moreI recently posted a horrible experience trying to call in regarding a delivery order and a very rude store clerk consistently handing up on me and then when I went in to store, ended up talking to him insisting he is manager even though I could tell otherwise, him overtaking me politely trying to ask to speak with a different manager to him threatening to call cops if I did not leave.. Well I did call again a couple days later and spoke with a female manager who knew exactly who I was referring to and told me they have a lot of issues with that employee who IS not in fact a manager like he tried to insist he was. She assured me she would be having a stern conversation n told me she would ask the owner to call me because for whatever reason the owner will not let this clerk they have a lot of issues with go and she gave me a $20 credit. I never got a call from the store manager. I did go in with a friend n purchased n got my credit however the same guy was their n although this time he was polite, I had a sickening feeling in my stomach n did not want to be around him.. Because the owner does not value the customer perspective as should since it is the customer keeping him in business, I will NEVER order from this place again. My money only goes to businesses that truly appreciate my patronage especially how expensive they are.. This owner wants to hang out a jerk employee who has a HUGE problem with being polite and professional n treats customers like they are a problem then this owner does not deserve to stay in business and I hope more people resonate with my experience and also choose to boycot this store to teach them customer experience an opinion should matter more than an aggressive employee who severely disrespect the very customers...

I CALLS THIS STORE, (EXCITED BECAUSE IM ABOUT TO EAT!) SO IM ASKING HOW MUCH IS THE BURGER AND FRIES CAUSE MIND YOU, I’m just trying to be mindful of my mom credit card! So I’m like oh no I’m not going to get that.. so the guy (BRANDON) which I don’t think it’s his real name Because he knew he had a nasty attitude! and I’m going to take my behind to the store tomorrow because everytime I call someone always have a attitude and getting nasty because you want to purchase something from them!! I swear it is every single time they have a attitude or they getting your food wrong!! So back to the story, so now I’m pissed im asking the guy can I speak to someone else because I don’t like his attitude,. He wants to lie and say no one else knows how to work the register! When someone else was taking orders and I heard it.. so I hang up And call back like 2 hours later, soo I call and ITS THE SAME GUY!! And omg he still has the same exact attitude so now I’m thinking you can’t be serious!! We’re getting through the order & he gets an attitude with me because he forgot to ask for my number when I called! So I’m telling him my number and he’s just yelling in the phone with a nasty attitude like your breaking up!! And omg he’s really just trying his hardest to go back and fourth with me!!!! Like omgggggg the worst customer service everrrrrrrr!!!!!! I didn’t even want the food cause I don’t know what’s going to be happening to my foood!!
