I ordered a Turkey Sub, add bacon & extra mayo. I received my Sub with 2 or 3 thin sliced pieces of Turkey which were at the end of the sub, A load of bacon, and a little bit of mayo. I called to make a small complaint with hopes of them not making a sandwich like that again to avoid getting future complaints. I never asked for a refund or for them to fix the sandwich. To resolve the issue the gentleman offered a credit for another sub and we ended the phone call. About 10 minutes later the owner Bill called my employers office and asked for me. When I answered he then asked what the problem was and asked me to bring the sub back so he could see it. I advised him I longer had the sandwich and he stated I couldn't have the credit for another one (a credit that I never asked for). Him calling my employers office back because he didn't want to give a credit was very unprofessional and rude. He should have advised his employee to consult with him before giving credits and things of that nature. He felt as though nothing was wrong with the sandwich because he made it. For future reference you shouldn't be in business if you don't know how to handle a complaint. His main reason for calling me back was so he didn't have to give free food that I never asked for. Now I'll never order from his business again. I hope he learns how to treat customers and how to address complaints. Especially with Toninos moving across the street in the very near future. This also wasn't the first time I've ordered from there and the food...

Read moreHave been going here for years but ordered an italian sub for my granddaughters to split earlier today and was surprised when I was told it would cost over $2.50 more for them to put the lettuce, tomato, onions and oil in small cups "on the side". Girls don't like all of the same things. Went to pick up our order and tried to talk (civilly) to the young owner concerning this. First he said "you know it's not the 50's anymore which I guess was an insult to my age. After he told me that he had to pay approximately $28.00 for 3000 I was even more surprised. Do the math people - it comes to 0.009333 each so that times 4 does NOT equal over $2.50. I'd say he is making quite a profit here. My daughter and her husband own a restaurant (not a pizza shop) and they would never charge extra for to-go boxes or cups or side cups either (or any other place that I know of) - that's what you get when you are taking an order...
