Krystal — Restaurant in East Point

Pros: #1. The service was quick. #2. The staff was very nice! #3. They buttered my toast.

Cons: #1. They messed up my order. #2. They didn't ask me if I wanted the toast or a biscuit with my meal. #3. The toast, (I didn't want), was burnt.

The service for the most part was fine. However, after leaving and inspecting my meal I noticed the deficiencies in my order. I'm sure the server just forgot or didn't hear my options. I ordered the (three egg breakfast with sausage and grits), and the Original Sausage Scrambler. I asked for sausage to be placed in both meals however, bacon was served with the three egg breakfast. Also, as it states on the receipt I received it says "Try our 3-Egg B'fast! Comes with Bacon or Sausage, Grits or Tots and a Biscuit!". I'm confused as to why both my and my mother's meals had burnt toast in them instead of the clearly described biscuits. Edit: After a month of time since leaving this initial review for this location I have been sent a letter thanking me for my feedback. It states that doing so has allowed them to bring it to management for appropriate action.

That being said, I will revisit this location and if I don't have any problems I will change my review's ranking in accordance. At the moment it still stands as a two out of five stars. After coming back I again ordered the three egg breakfast however this time I decided against the additional grits and sausage bowl. This time they didn't mess up the order (although I made sure to say exactly what I wanted this time to prevent inaccuracies) however, my meal was quite messily put together and running into each other. This was quickly corrected and they gave me another meal at no charge putting the grits into a separate container to keep it from getting everywhere.

Side Note: It's very possible the staff was extremely distracted with the partially naked female vagrant ordering food. Who then proceeded to urinate in the middle of the drive through. I can't really blame them for any strangeness that day.

My final evaluation of this location is three out...

It’s currently 5:25 AM and I googled where I can get a burger for 24 hours in Atlanta. This location popped up saying that it is 24 hours and that I can buy burgers here. I drove from across town for a pregnancy craving to get here and be told at 5:25 AM that they’re not taking orders because they’re preparing for breakfast and they’ll be opening back up at 6:30 AM, if that is the case, the listing for this business needs to be changed to say that it closes at 5 AM and that it is not 24 hours and that you cannot buy burgers here for 24 hours if you have a business listed as open 24 hours that means no matter what time a customer arrives to be serviced I should be able to be serviced however, here I am eight months pregnant having a pregnancy craving for burgers in the morning and I drove across town only to be told that the Google listing that they have listed is a lie basically and the young lady at the speaker had no empathy at all. I even mentioned that I would call corporate and she said OK as if she doesn’t care , and that’s what the problem is Covid most fast food restaurants in the city of Atlanta have very poor service and no customer service at all almost like the buildings are running themselves. I’m also gonna put a review against Business on yelp as well. Change your listen to say you close at 5 AM because you’re not open 24 hours open 24 hours means no matter what time of the day 24 hours a day when someone pulls up they can be serviced. I did not experience that so therefore there is no customer service at...

OMG!! The staff know when the peak times are and they proceed like they don't have a care in the world. There's one lady in the AM that usually have to work the shift alone and she kills it, but how long do you think that'll last? 12/21/22, 8:03 am and the young lady at the window has people sitting on purpose AND THERE ARE WORKERS - I count 4...JUST PLAYING AROUND!!! Really Krystals?!?! 4/11/23, 9:37p - DO NOT VISIT BETWEEN 9:35PM - 10PM!!!

So, I stopped going in the AM because the service NEVER IMPROVED. Tonight, I pull up and sit for nearly 2 minutes before a gentleman comes over the speaker to tell me that they are not taking orders because they are having a shift change. LAUGHABLE!!!

I work nearly 12 hours every day and stop on my way home at least twice a week. This is disappointing that I can't have Krystals due to a shift change. McD's here I come!

I don't know if my post really helps, but... I ride past Krystals everyday (going on 3yrs since Covid happened). I would re-visit in the AM if the service had improved since my second update and Mgmt actually cared instead of POSTING THE SAME OLE VERBIAGE. I used to stop EVERY AM...EVERY AM, but I would rather be late for work and go somewhere that actually want...
