0 stars. Terrible customer service. I was given 20 piece drums when I never ordered all drums. I order a regular 20 piece. Not all drums or all flats. I bring the order back so it can be fixed but the owner told me I just had to deal with it. He said since I didn’t specify that he gave me all drums. There isn’t a button on his website for mix of drums and flats so how was I supposed to specify this? I’ve ordered from the Decatur locations plenty of times in the past and everytime I order wings I get a mix. I never had to specify this. I could understand if there was a wing shortage and all he had was drums but nope he said he had flats he just pulled all drums out the box for my order so I can take it or leave it. So I left it. Why would you fry 20 drums for someone who didn’t order 20 drums? Common sense would tell you to mix it up but he clearly lacks that. All he had to do was pay attention to the wings he pulled out the box and pull out a mix. But he wanted to be lazy and do what he wanted to do. He wouldn’t even give me a refund for his mistake of giving me all drums when I never asked for it. Like why would you force me to dispute a charge on your business when all you had to do was give me a couple flats that I ordered and paid for? Luckily, I paid with a card so I can get the charge reversed but be careful paying with cash. The owner said his store has a no refund policy. So if I would have paid with cash he would’ve just kept my money even though he was the one who made my food wrong and I gave him back the wings. The owner wasted my time for his error. The owner doesn’t care about his customers.
*as you can see in the screenshot of his website there is a button for all drums or all flats but there is not a button for a mix of both
*also on their flyer it says no all drums/flats request. So once again, how did you give me all drums when you aren’t even allowed to request it?...
Read moreI drove 1 hour away to their Decatur location because of IG comments. Its a small hole in the wall and when I came in it was only one person. A big guy greeted me and I told him I needed to check the menu because I was a first timer. Service was slow because he was the only one. I got my food and it was great! Wings although on the smaller side were great. So good that I ran it back the next day after finding out they have an East Point location. When I tell you the lady at the register was 10 times better than the other! Now thw food was horrible. The fries were raw and the wings had sauce poored on them. I will say this. Decatur- You are the owner and you greet people looking like a slob and the kitchen is filthy. East point. Seems clean from what I can see but you are missing the flavor.
Update... The owner disregared my opinon in saying the food was great but he looked subpar and then went on to speak about parking and things I never spoke about in my review. Again your Dec location food was good and yes we can see the kitchen and the photos of E Point were truthful and...
Read moreUpon entering the building there was no one standing at the counter to take my order but there was a kiosk to place my order. When I started to place my order using the kiosk a gentleman came from the back to complete my order using the register. I had no issue with that. I ordered the ten wing combo. But the sauce I wanted was unavailable ( no issue) so I chose another one. I kept looking at the menu when I sat in my car waiting on my order and then decided to buy the Philly egg roll. While I waited on my Philly cheese egg roll , I sat in the establishment and began to eat my fries that came with my order ( no issue) until I got home to began eating my order and the fries were not fresh as began to eat them. My wings were not as fresh either. It really didn't matter at the time, but your customer service is not even a rating instead of being quick to respond as if someone was being negative!!! You may have cooked it to order but the grease that your cooking in needs to be changed out!...
